We utilized United Tree services, and overall satisfied with the work they completed. The came to…read moreour home on a Wednesday morning, provided the most affordable quote we had received. The crew returned in the afternoon and completed work quickly. Though they were the most affordable, there were a couple things that I wasn't happy about. The tree I had removed was close to my home, and was in the process of dying (already had limbs falling). While cutting it down, one of the limbs they cut hit the front side of home. Luckily, there was no damage caused that I know of- though the gutter was scratched and I'm sure the roof was scuffed. Secondly, they dropped large parts of the tree onto my concrete- this was a heavy tree so fortunate that the concrete wasn't damaged. A pro was they took time to cut out a section of the base of the tree so that I could preserve it- went above and beyond what was expected for the service. Though they were the most affordable, I did have a couple close calls where my property could have been damaged. Will most likely go with a different company next time.

We noticed they started working on the other part. We were afraid it could go at any time. We got three different estimates. Broad Ripple Tree being the lowest. They were able to work around our schedule. The guys doing the removal were great. Took everything down and cleaned up. We were very happy with the work. Our yard is a little tore up but that's to be expected. When paying I wanted to take them a check since one of the guys told me they charge 2% more for credit card fees. I had issues finding the right place. They are behind the big building that the gps will take you to. And there is no signage for Broad Ripple Tree Service. For the work they did we'd totally recommend.

We got an advertisement in the mail saying Benjamin Indy Tree Services would be in the area soon,…read moreso we decided to get a quote for the dead oak in our backyard. Our property is in the woods, and it is unique because it goes up against a ravine, so bucket trucks can't really access the trees in the back. We had three other quotes from different local companies; all of them were really expensive, and scheduling was a pain (1-2 months out, cancellations with rain, etc.). Benjamin had a little trouble finding the property for the quote, but that's because we built the house recently and GPS isn't always cooperative. I had to call the company to see where he was at. The woman who answered the phone for the company was always kind and understanding. The man who did the quote was the company owner. He was willing to work with us on the price, and he said he could get it taken care of the following week (wow, no 1-2 month wait!). We decided to go ahead and schedule the tree removal. While the company did show up at 8 instead of the 12-4 window we were given, this wasn't a big deal (we told them we were going to be home anyway). They did an amazing job taking down the tree and were done within an hour. Very professional group. They had to take the tree down in sections but were very careful, and they were thoughtful about the property (minimal damage of other trees, despite it being a giant oak going down). Overall, we are really impressed with the work. When we need a tree taken down again (we live in the woods, so we definitely will), we will call them first. Highly recommended.
