I received a deep cleaning as a Christmas gift and paid extra for windows…read more The first cleaner showed up in a weed shirt, was immediately rude (said "you gunna show me around or what"), and barely spoke. She skipped 2 out of 3 bedrooms, the living room, the loft, made only 1 bed, and cleaned ZERO windows despite the upcharge. Bathrooms were done well, and she vacuumed & mopped, but that's it. She left abruptly without a word - didn't check in, didn't say she was done, and forgot her tip. Just walked out the door while I was upstairs waiting for her to tell me she was done. The real problem: My brand new $300 AirPod Pros went missing after her visit. I've spent 10+ hours searching every inch of my house over the past week--drawers, couches, car, pockets, under furniture--and they're gone. I live alone and keep close track of my belongings. I have the case but the AirPods inside vanished. Given how she rushed out and barely did the job, I'm almost certain she took them when they were out of the case - either on my desk or nightstand. To the company's credit, they sent a second cleaner the next day who was phenomenal and completed everything the first missed. They were professional and responsive and got the tip I had for the first cleaner. I can't give a good review when I needed a second visit to get basic service AND my expensive property disappeared. Obviously can't prove theft, but the timing is hard to ignore.

After doing a lot of research to find a cleaning service I was happy to find Maidthis. However,…read moreonce scheduled it became a frustrating situation. We set it for a Tuesday and that morning received a call that they didn't have a cleaner to come but would find one for the afternoon. Then they called in the afternoon to say oops we couldn't find one. We rescheduled for Thursday 9-10. We were even told that they would clean at no charge since they failed to fulfill their service. However, on Thursday at 9:30 no one had come yet and when we called we were told that once again they didn't have a cleaner and would text back in 20 minutes with a plan. We NEVER heard back. At that point we called and canceled their services. This has been a very disappointing experience.

THEN I called to confirm if they will or wont show up on a rainy day. AGAIN, so unfriendly. I'm not sure I would book with Cloud9 again because of this.

We have a 3,500 sq. ft. office space with two industrial units, and LaRon and Jarome were able to arrive the same day I had called, which was a huge plus. Huge! They completed a full service and tune-up on both units quickly and professionally. What really stood out was LaRon's approach as he took the time to walk me through the system we have, offering helpful maintenance tips without trying to upsell any unnecessary services or parts. That level of honesty is hard to find. It seems like everyday someone is trying to take advantage of you but not with LaRon. LaRon also showed me, using both his meter and photos, exactly why two components needed to be replaced. The transparency gave me total confidence in the work being done HAD to be done. Even better, the parts were replaced at wholesale pricing (Major Plus), and the overall cost was significantly less than what I've paid in the past for servicing just one unit. Between the fast response, fair pricing, and genuine customer service, Teflon has absolutely earned my trust. They are now my go-to HVAC company for my business, home, and family. Highly recommend.
