A $20 gift that friends spent good money on! When a shop changes owners I would think a list of outstanding certificates would be in a data base and transferred in the sale of shop! Shop did not change name! I spent over $40 this day! I will NOT buy gift certificates again! I will not shop this quilt shop again! Extremely bad experience using their mobile site to purchase repair parts. I was not adequately…read moreinformed of the products being in backorder status (my order triggered backorder status). You cannot cancel backordered orders for refund, you will only get credit. I attempted to cancel the backordered order within 24hours and had no exception or even consideration. I would not recommend using this store for replacement parts. Consider other sewing machine part stores if you want a better customer experience and reasonable cancellation/refund policies. When attempting to work with their team to resolve the issue, they not only were unwilling to understand my situation, but also just blamed me for not paying attention that the products were on backorder status, even though their website barely gives noticeable notice/warning, especially considering their policy on backordered orders.

The gal working was super helpful and very sweet. The space itself is a cute renovated older building that still maintains some of the original charm. I found everything to be very clean and organized in a fun way. I would say that they have items that would suit someone from birth to mid-elementary age. They have a lot of infant and smaller toddler clothes but not a huge selection for bigger kids. They are an authorized Jellycat retailer, which is great for those on the hunt! Their items are priced on the higher end for gifting but they carry some really great brands that are made to last (think heirloom quality). We ended up leaving with a Jellycat Kangaroo, some spiral hair bands, a beaded coin purse, and a hand painted container for a lost tooth! They will even wrap your gifts for free!

For one new baby, his parents would like organic cotton baby clothes and towels. They want PFAS and BPA free items that may go into baby's mouth. I was able to find all these things here! . The folks tending the store on this day, did such a nice job gift wrapping for the baby!
