Visited early am on Memorial Day , was greeted by a very friendly store attended with bright yellow…read moreshorter hair. This is my 2nd time at the store and I had great success. Loving vintage is hard because often things don't fit but this time I hit gold. I found 3 adorable dresses that felt like they were made just for me. Another A+ shot out to store worker who again very friendly , let me into the dressing room & told me if i didnt like any of the items to bring them to her and she would reorganize and rehang. Vintage comes with blemishes I do understand that sometimes but I feel like many items had large holes and stains and still were over $50. I bought 3 dresses for a total of $180+ , my favorite one and most expensive one at $78 had the best print but did have stitching problems & certainly had been well loved/worn. It's a neat store, price point and additional labor to repair clothes maybe not for all but for others it's a hidden gem

Really cute options. I thought this was a thrift store, buts more of a vintage store. I still…read morewasn't a fan of the prices though, a little too high for second hand. If I could give 3.5, I would! I still would go back if im in the area, I just saw more than a few things that shouldn't be the prices they are and that was a little hard for me to see. Many of the prices are worth it though, don't get me wrong! Cute little location downtown, but I wonder if location = high price.

This is a beautiful store with a well curated selection of high quality, stylish goods. Now, I was…read morehere in the midst of winter, so they were stocked with sturdy leather boots, warm coats and super soft flannel shirts. This being more of a men's shop, I would have happily purchased one of everything for my husband's wardrobe, and he would have worn it all. However, the prices being what they are (totally reasonable for the quality of the items, please note) going on a binge shop here isn't exactly something I would do. If you're looking to invest in craftsmanship, and a quality piece that will last you for years to come, then this is absolutely the shop for you. The items here definitely all fall within a particular style: rugged yet stylish and well-tailored. I hate to say it, but this is the dream shop for a lumbersexual, if anyone actually considers themselves one of those. Barbour, Penfield, Woolrich, Arc'Teryx and Fred Perry pieces line the shelves and the shoe selection consists of Camper, Hunter, and Wolverine. Great stuff, and a good range of prices, too. There is a lovely, but very small, selection of women's clothing, shoes and bags, too. The store is open to an adjoining space called Paloma where I perused several Kate Spade and Mackage handbags, a Fred Perry parka that I covet, and a sweet little Barbour dress. They have women's Camper and Wolverine shoes, too -- much the same aesthetic but for ladies. Great shop, friendly staff that greets you and then lets you browse to your own beat. I like you, Downcity Outfitters. Next time I need a coat, a flannel or a great pair of boots, you'll be the first place I look.

At their new location in Pawtucket... Beyond bad customer…read moreservice!!! Called for days with no answer to find out if they had a Black Friday sale. After driving from Bristol we found a note on the door with a number to call for assistance. The man was not only un-accommodating but complained how busy and stressed with online orders he was. We were actual people standing outside their door and they wouldn't come down a few flights of stairs to sell us a jacket. Told us to drive back tomorrow....I think not.
