First, I want to start off by saying that this was a warranty job, and I would've never used them…read more I had a gas line leak at 2 of my old knob shut off valves. Talked to home warranty and they sent this company to do the job. The gentleman came in and looked at what was needed and then left to get the equipment he needed and to get authorization from the warranty company. He comes back and replaces 1 of the valves and removed the other and put a junction in its place. I called the warranty company back and informed her what was going on. He told her that there was more work that needed done that what he was expecting, even though he looked at the work and got approval to replace both valves and 3 hours of work. He was here for a total of 1 hour and wanted to leave before the warranty company got involved and wanted to come back to finish the work. I stopped that from happening and he was forced to finish the job. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY IN YOUR DOOR!!!! If you get told by home warranty that is your company, demand another one. This company will only do half the work and then want to charge you for another visit just to do the work they were supposed to do the first time.

This place is a unprofessional joke. Can't make or keep appointments and works at a snail's pace.read more

First, I'd like to start by saying I have a home warranty. My furnace quit working it was 56° in my house and my home warranty company kept saying somebody would be contacting me within the next few minutes. Nobody ever contacted me. I took it upon myself to look for Somebody that could come out, and I found this company. He was at my house within 45 minutes. And that was the drive time. He was about 45 minutes away only did he get my furnace up and running. He was extremely extremely professional and you could tell that he really cared it was like he was fixing a furnace for a family member. I'm very frugal and it's hard for me to find a good company to leave a good review for. His price is extremely reasonable, especially for somebody who's frugal so that says a lot. . If you that will go above and beyond this is a company you need to call. read more

i called this company to repair a faucet/water line leak on or about august 2nd; i was told that…read morethey could not come out until august 15. on august 15, they called to say they could not come out until august 23, due to emergency work they were doing. when i stated that this was an unreasonable delay, after waiting two weeks already; i was then told that they don't work on mfg homes anymore. this company has been to my current residence multiple times over the last ten years, and was fully aware that i live in a mfg home during the initial phone call; yet i was never told that they were unwilling to do the work i requested because i live in a mfg home. this was not a major emergency repair; i simply needed some new faucets installed, and the faucet water line repaired/replaced; it did not require them to climb under my house. although i have a 2nd bathroom; it was a major inconveinance not to have the use of the additional bathroom for two weeks. all they had to do was be upfront and honest about their new mfg home policy during the initial phone call; and i could have, as i did today; simply call another plumbing company to schedule an appointment to have the work done. fortunately; there are other plumbing companies available if you do not want to be treated like this my name is james reese, i live at 667 lazy rd; deerfield, oh. 44411; and as a customer of many, many years; i am disappointed in the way i was treated by alliance drain and sewer.
