For weddings, they have an indoor & outdoor ceremony space, cocktail hour area, reception room that can seat up to 250 people, bridal suite, and more! What's great about the venue is that it's a blank canvas and you can design any kind of party or theme you want. It's the perfect spot for kids, teens and adults. Rachel Millas, the events coordinator, was tremendously helpful and accommodating, both leading up to the party and during the party. Colin, the owner and engineer, was also great to work with. We include filtered water, ice, coffee, and unlimited access to the Pepsi Wunderbar which features a variety of soft drinks and juices. We allow outside catering, decorations and are a BYOB venue. Or you can book any services you would like us to provide, including liquor, catering, decor, planning, etc. The outdoor area has towering trees, grass, bushes, and benches. It connects directly to the sidewalk where small tables can be set up. This space is also wheelchair accessible and can have tents and other items added to it for the comfort of your guests. Capacity depends on your floor plan and if you are using just the inside space or the inside and outside space. Our most popular floorplans seat up to 50 and allow for the whole middle and side of the room to be open for decor, gifts, food, dancing and the bar area. We have a variety of floorplans to accomodate parties up 68 seated. Some events with more guests usually float high tops mixed in with a few tables and chairs.
