The property is well kept, and the park host/liaison was very nice and informative. Parking was perfect as I had a guest list of roughly 60 plus people. Also, I will say that the walk up from the parking lot to the venue is a bit much for some. Suggestion: have a designated driver at the bottom and have them drive people back and forth from the lot to the venue. Otherwise, this place is beautiful, and I will definitely use it again.

Clean facility and as an attendee this is a place I would consider renting out for an event. Not sure how the management is behind the scenes and that is a big factor but cannot honestly judge that portion.

Beware and do not book here!…read more We were double booked and had to find out through Facebook that another event was taking place the same day. We called for a couple days to speak with someone with no success. Finally we had to wait almost a week to be allowed to come up and attempt to rectify the situation with the manager. When we did speak with her, she was extremely rude. It was utterly unbelievable. I have never seen anyone conduct themselves this way to PAYING CUSTOMERS! It was outrageous! We even asked if someone else could help as she stated that she was dealing with serious issues. We were told by her, "not to listen to anyone but her." The person that was supposed to cover for the manager was extremely dismissive and would not give us any time or effort on the phone. She explained that she was new and she didn't have any information other than we were double booked! She even said that we would not have time to set up for the party anymore! I thought this was outrageous. When we finally spoke in person to the manager, we told her that we were worried that because of our terrible treatment, our guests would be treated poorly and the party wouldn't go well. The manager's response was, "I'll give you the full amount back right now." We were in shock to the fact that she threw away a paid in full booking. This was the WORST experience I have ever had. Management does not care about booking the banquet room, and definitely doesn't care about new or returning customers! I'm just glad that my guests won't be treated poorly because this establishment does not care about its patrons AT ALL! I truly wanted to give this place 0 stars!!!! Beware! Beware! Beware!!!
