So, I've been going to another dentist for about 4-5 years. I have a very good friend that works at this other dental office so I was always just able to text and go in. I'm not going to say the dentist was horrible. He had a decent bedside manner, however because it's a corporate office type dental establishment, it's very rushed!! In August I had a crown put on, they opted not to do a root canal on the tooth, I knew I needed one. Fast forward to September 2nd I went back in pain by this time and he said he was referring me to his endodontist who would not be back in office for two weeks. Frustrated, I started researching and came upon Dr Zegar (who is an AMAZING endodontist) who I ended up having do my root canal. Fast forward a week or so later I made an appointment with Dr Hatami as she was recommended by Dr Zegar but I had also been researching a new dentist anyways, and had read reviews on her office. I had my initial appointment/assessment and she recommended finishing my deep cleaning (which I had started with the other dental office but never finished as I was doing a quadrant at a time) so upon leaving Dr Hatami I scheduled my deep cleaning for 3 weeks away (I was a little bummed it wasn't sooner) the very next day they text me twice about two different cancellations for thats same day!! I took one of them. The hygienist Jennifer is AMAZING!! I had already read that online, but let me tell you if you have dental anxiety this place it your place!! What I consider to be a 5 star experience is when someone introduced themselves by name and tells you who they are and what they'll be doing. Yes, I know that's such a simple thing, but in my experience, most people don't introduce themselves as such. They may say what their role is, but don't mention their name. That is basic customer service that many businesses lack. But not at New Smiles Dental. Sophie was kind, she educated me on my oral health and she cleaned my teeth SO WELL! If they want to take vacations and days off that's fine but plan accordingly. I make my appointments before I leave four months out and this past time they called me a week before when I'm out of town and I let them know I can't move my appointment earlier to then get a text saying my appointment has been changed without my consent or checking if I'm even available that day ( which by the way was rescheduled already from the previous one through a voicemail because once again they wanted to close that day). I don't usually leave bad reviews but the mannerism and lack of customer service that was provided especially on the phone with a don't care attitude is unfathomable. The person I spoke with has the attitude of ok no problem we will inactivate you so you can't come back again ever blew my mind. Very disappointed because I actually liked my hygienist but not enough to be disrespected and made to feel like trash easily disposed of.

I haven't had a filling or any issues with my teeth in 30 years, but went in with minor sensitivity (not pain) above a front tooth and my routine cleaning at Greenspot Crossings Dentistry. I left with $4500 in recommendations, which included claiming a deep cleaning was absolutely necessary along with a root canal and crown on my front tooth with a recommendation for the other front tooth as well for cosmetic reason. Not to mention claiming I had 2 other cracked teeth and 2 other wisdom teeth with cavities which should get pulled. I paid $130 out of pocket to get a second opinion from a dentist outside my network who was recommended from people I know and trust and he said we should monitor the tooth with sensitivity with follow up xrays in a couple months, but none of the other recommendations were needed. AND if they ever did a root canal on a front tooth they would never crown it where I would basically lose the whole tooth. I hope this review saves someone else the stress and headache they caused me. I will never go back.

I've passed by Greenspot Crossings Dentistry multiple times and gave them a call. The manager of the facility, Lisandra, picked up the phone and got me in same day to be seen. When I walked in, I was amazed at how nice the facility was. They have complimentary coffee, a clean and welcoming environment, and lots of friendly faces greeting you, including the dentist I saw Dr. Chioma. While I waited to be seen, the manager was able to look at all my benefits and helped me work out the best options for me. I was taken back for x rays by Taylor, who is the kindest dental hygienist I've ever had. I hate the dentist and she made me feel so welcome and calmed my nerves. I ended up needing a crown, and on the day of the procedure, Taylor was there and calmed my nerves again. Everyone was helping me through it. The procedure wasn't painful at all! The next day I came in to get my permanent crown and I was welcomed by Bernice. She walked me through the steps and helped me work out a payment method. She's very sweet. Dr. Chioma and Taylor made sure I had a very calming experience and talked me through everything. Dr. Chioma knew my gums and teeth were sensitive so she was able to numb my gums a bit before the crown fitting and the cleaning afterwards. I cannot recommend this dental office enough! I'm so happy it's near my home and I found a dentist I can trust. Thank you all so much for an amazing experience from start to finish, I will see you all back in 3 months for another deep cleaning!

She was the only one not smiling in the whole office, everyone else was great. My daughter even got a hug from the dentist after all the work was complete.
