I had been looking for a place that offered a variety of class times everyday instead of just a couple times a week like other gyms I've had memberships at. The studio is stylish and clean and everyone is really honest about life and struggles. The classes are just like working with a private trainer, small group with special attention to each member. They offer much needed accountability through different events, special monthly challenges and private group interactions. Thanks to LadyStrong Fitness I now have great fitness and nutrition tools to carry with me forever! :)

It seems like you've learned from your mistakes as it's like your third grand reopening, and like second name change but years ago, the company you were running, you were putting down women who weren't able to keep up with your high pace workouts, and then talked badly about clients that left your company to go somewhere else to your existing clients! You are not for all women, you are not "lady strong" you are mean and you may not even know it. Somebody very important to me started her weight loss journey with you and you guys pushed her out and that's when she finally lost the weight! When she didn't have the pressure and the uncomfortability from your gym and the people there especially you the owner... Britney I believe. Good luck with your business. I hope you understand your impact on ALL women. I was also blocked from their social network after posting this.

The trainer, Stephanie, was literally the best trainer ever. So motivational, encouraging, positive, understanding, and just overall incredible. Definitely take a class with her! The studio itself is bigger than it looks like from the outside. It's so clean, modern, and the staff definitely takes care of you. The actual rooms where the workouts take place are pitch black with colored low lights and you can hear the music blasting from them when you pass by. I loved it! Stephanie played great, heart pumping music for our class, too. I will definitely be back here for another class with Stephanie or with other instructors. I'd love to try another cycling class and also different classes since they have so many. Thank you Inspyr for a powerful workout!

BUYER BEWARE! Out of all the fitness equipment companies out there, this is one you should…read moreabsolutely avoid. There are far better, more trustworthy options than this shady operation. I found a NordicTrack treadmill listed on their website and placed an order. Shortly after, the owner, Evan Lyons, contacted me claiming the item was mispriced--but assured me he would honor the listed price. I explained that I had already placed an order directly with NordicTrack, but chose his company because it was cheaper, which is common with authorized resellers. He told me he'd coordinate with his NordicTrack rep to confirm the correct part numbers and proceed with the order. Then I received both a call and a text confirming the order was moving forward--and was explicitly told by his "rep" to cancel my direct NordicTrack order. At that point, I had over $50,000 tied up between the two purchases. When I contacted NordicTrack to cancel, I was hit with a 10% cancellation fee plus return freight charges. So now I'm already losing money. And what does this company do next? They suddenly refund my order because they no longer want to honor their commitment or pricing. No accountability, no integrity--just backing out when it no longer suits them. So now I'm left paying the price for their incompetence and dishonesty. Thankfully, I've involved legal counsel to recover my losses. I also have every text message, voicemail, and email documenting this entire situation, which will make the legal process straightforward. This company put themselves in a bad position and instead of doing the right thing, they chose to screw over their customer. That tells you everything you need to know. Do yourself a favor--find a reputable company. And take a very close look at their reviews. Ask yourself how many of them are actually real.

Colin was an excellent coach, super proficient with his movement demonstrations and very clear on providing direction! I was ecstatic that they use the level method here since my home gym uses that and I'm familiar it already! Colin was super encouraging and motivating, while also giving me some coaching on points of performance to improve my movements. I highly recommend reaching out ahead of time and getting signed up online, it was a super easy process! The facility is clean, spacious, and well equipped with all the essentials! I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in town!

Walking into CrossFit Lake Zurich was one of the best decisions I have ever made and let me just say that when I did walk in this place, it was just a "box" - some weights, kettlebells, barbells, not a whole lot. So obviously there is a lot to be said about the person behind this place but that is something you cannot figure out unless you give it a chance by walking in and trying it. By next year at this time (my 48th birthday), my goal is to be able to do a pullup - maybe even a few - and not something to be taken lightly. There are true athletes who work out here every single day and then there are people like me. Never rule out anything until you try it - that's all I can say. CrossFit Lake Zurich has changed my life in a very positive way. And to think... it's just a box. ;)
