I had a great and encouraging visit. The owner is well educated and thorough, and did not pressure…read moreor push solutions or products on me (something others have done which only cost me $ and didn't help). He listened and focused on my main issues, explaining possible causes and solutions. The staff are personable and friendly, too. Highly recommend.

Over the pandemic, I had noticed random hives. I say, random, because I wasn't sure of the trigger. After a clear bill of health from my primary care physician and a bandaid fix of steroid creams from the dermatologist, I was determined to find the root cause and fix it. This is where Daniel and TBD came into the picture. With blood, stool, and urine tests that were easy to do at home (I'm in LA by the way), it was determined I had leaky gut, possible SIBO, and a body full of mycotoxins. I immediately jumped into the protocol Daniel prescribed which consisted of eliminating foods my body is extremely sensitive to and foods that have a potential for high mold/mycotoxin content. I'm halfway through my 3rd month of elimination and 2 months in to the supplement protocol to heal my gut and eliminate mycotoxins. I'm slowly healing and have experienced my eczema flare ups reduce and have noticed a decrease in the 'random hives'. I also hadn't realized I was pretty much bloated all the time prior to making these changes and just didn't know until I started this protocol. You start to just accept the uncomfortable until you know you can actually FEEL better. I'm looking forward to continuing the elimination diet and the supplement protocol.

I've been part of the OTF family for over 5 years and I love everything about it. The coaches are…read moreamazing and motivating, although it's been sad to see some of the greats come and go. The overall energy and atmosphere is what keeps me going! Bonus for this location: there's a protein smoothie bar next door!! The only con with this specific location are the layout of the lobby and bathrooms being funky and I think the speakers in the studio need updating or better placement. Otherwise staff and management is AMAZING!!

I was so skeptical in trying out OTF. My fiancé has been talking about it so much that she wanted…read moreme to try it out for myself. I never had the chance to do this kind of workout. Let me start by saying that it surpassed all my expectations. I finally decided to give it a shot and step outside my comfort zone. I came to class on Sunday January 5th. Thinking it wasn't worth it but giving the benefit of the doubt to my fiancé. You know the saying happy wife happy life . Well it was more than I expected and could handle. Sunday's class was intense full but worth every minute. After meeting up with the coach and trainer Christian. The way he explained the training and the way the machines worked. Made me realize that I haven't really been working out the right way. Christian was very detailed in how everything works. He met with me before class and after class to give me feedback on how I was working out. Ultimately he is one of the reasons I signed up. My fiancé is the other reason. Lauren and Amanda at the front desk where also very welcoming, explaining the do's and don'ts of each set of workouts. I told Lauren my limits as I thought and she made sure she passed the info to Christian. The team definitely communicates very well, because I felt comfortable to give it my best shot. Wednesday was my second class, I won't lie I was tested beyond my limits. It was a tough class directed by Christian once again. He had us work out every part of the body that it's Friday and I can feel the burn. But it means it's working. As tired and sore that I may feel, I am looking forward to reaching my goals here. They offer three different packages ranging from $69 for 4 classes a month to $109 for 8 classes a month to $159 for unlimited classes a month. I'm starting off with the lowest. As soon as I gain the strength and balance I know I'll be doing the unlimited. Some people may think the prices are high but I'm telling you it's worth every penny. So if any of my fellow yelpers haven't tried this class I urge you all to try it out. After all the first class is always free. P.S I hope you all have a great day and CYOY.
