After relocating to Pensacola we're delighted to find a JCPenney store. We've found gems or bargains just perusing the aisles. Parking is humongous to the front and side of the building. We hope more residents will support our local businesses. read more

Because I buy Christmas presents early, I find I'm penalized should I need to return something after Christmas. The money I paid for the products is now only worth 45% of the original value, and it'll be put on a JC Penney's card. WHat a ripoff!!!! read more

Tinna is now the manager, so I come here now. The ain't isn't that bad. The service with Tinnia is great. You get in and get out. I normally get color, cut, wash and style. They also sell products in house. read more

Worst customer service, worst managers, worst repair, worst quality in fine jewelry. Had to take a ring back 6x in 8 months (this store location) for repair due to diamonds falling out of it. After asking, arguing and driving to the store 6x, I finally got a full refund in cash. Please save yourself lots of stress and frustration and DO NOT purchase any fine jewelry from this store. read more

2 days in a row I came in to purchase a cross and both times I was ignored but today when I asked for help there were 2 women associates talking who could clearing see me and chose not to offer any assistance. Then when I asked for help I could clearly see they thought I was interrupting them by the look one of the associates gave me. Both days in a row....lacking a positive customer service experience. Won't be back!!! read more

Highly recommend getting your hair cut here! Before relocating, I came here for haircuts for over 5 years, and I never had a bad experience. All the beauticians are masters of their craft. read more

An American icon in retail that has struggled within the current landscape of today to stay viable, JC Penney continues to plod along, continuously losing ground in a fight to brand extinction. The problem is it almost seems that JC Penney is probably the biggest contributor to its sorry current state. Yes, online commerce is a huge problem, but JC Penney is more often than not short staffed causing long lines and poor customer service. read more

I like their Saturday activities for kids 2nd floor. The back side children dept could use a more inviting appeal. Work on the frontal displays. Some areas have a sore eye look. The customer service etiquette somehow has list its charisma. This was my go to store. I go for the sales. Was one of the best stores. Looks like Sears at their ending days read more

Briana needs serious retraining not sure on what planet would you assume someone is to do your job for you. If bagging items is too much perhaps something less strenuous would be better suited. read more

This store is no better and no worse than the typical J.C. Penney store these days: poorly organized, stuffed full of wildly overpriced items marked down to merely overpriced. Their womens clothing comes in two styles: hoochey mama and little old lady. I must not be the only critic. Drive by any time during the week and the parking lot around it is all but empty. read more

I recently purchased some window coverings for the majority of the windows in the house. I feel I was sort of talked into a style I wasn't real crazy about because I was told the style I wanted would not be a good fit for the window frames that had some obstructions. Ultimately, I was the one that approved the style but the one I really wanted I realized would have worked just fine. Then the treatments came and 2 out of 3 rooms had the wrong size coverings. When they had to be reordered, I asked if they could be expedited since it was the manufacturer's fault, I was told, "no", that I would have to get in line again. One of the sets was wrong a 2nd time. So I played the waiting game again. Finally, almost 3 months later, things finally came together. The installers were great and I was really surprised when no one in the window covering department or customer service called to apologize/check in/or see what they could do; especially after the 2nd gaffe. I would expect that if I bought something for $50 and went through all that but when you are spending $1000s, it is really unsettling. I still have 3 more rooms to do and all I can say is that it will not be through JCP. read more

Young untrained staff. Poor signage. Had to watch everything ring up because sale prices aren't in the computer. Managers unwilling to honor poor signage. The store is dying because of itself! read more

After an hour of shopping here, I went to pay and Miranda it's the cheek piercing was RUDE! It made me want to return EVERYTHING! Horrible service does not deserve your money! Another thing she asked was my number for rewards, I simply asked are you meaning for one account I may have or to start one? She acted as if I was incompetent! Such BAD SERVICE I wouldn't even rate this 1 star! I will be returning stuff! read more

Their customer service and their Buy One Get One 50% is a joke!! I bought two pair of men's boxer/pajama shorts and they were buy one get one 50%. They were both on the same rack with a sign stating buy one get one 50%, but when I purchased them, they both rang up full price! I told the cashier that one of them was supposed to be 50% off and she said that since they were two different types of boxers, they don't qualify for the deal, that they have to be the same exact type! So...why the hell put them on the same rack with the sign. Sounds like false advertising to me! read more
