The customer service was a negative 10! After 3 weeks I never got a call that my glasses were ready! They make you pay upfront and say 7-10 days for completion... lie! I had to call to arrange my pick up. Then the glasses were not dispensed properly either! Just hand off with no checking fitting on my face or optical reading of small print. Just handed glasses that had fingerprints all over lenses... I had to ask B to please clean them! I was lucky to get a case for my new glasses! With all this negative experience I decided to reach out to corporate by email. I got a response from a Laura V (cc Mary and Karen)with a request for me to show her proof of my benefit and EOB WHICH THEY HAD! I provided her with my benefit with Spectera and requested copy of my EOB. It's now almost two weeks since my response to Laura V. I have received NO RESPONSE from Laura V., or any other person from Cohen optical. I would not recommend this company to anyone! None seemed to work right and were too difficult for me to adjust to. After visiting Grover, I come to find out that I have never been measured correctly and/or the lenses were not created correctly. Here, I felt like he spent time with me, did not push any particular technology and didn't feel the assembly line feeling or the pushy feeling I got from the places I tried previously. If you are happy with your current provider I see no reason to change but if you have been having difficulty with your glasses I think this might be a great place to try. He also gave me all my measurement information before I asked. Try getting that at a chain. Their dog was there, quiet, fluffy, soft and smelling clean sitting at my feet. Like a therapy dog :-)

Some ophthalmologists just shoot you through, but Dr. Roberts gave a very thorough exam, and even more importantly, he carefully explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it, and why things happen to your vision over time. When it came time to choose frames, the optician, Mr. Uhran, spent lots of time helping me pick some out and steering me to ones that made me look good while not breaking the bank. They have a very large selection of frames, and it's a lock that there are lots of options that are right for you and your face. If you need glasses or haven't had your eyes examined in awhile, I highly recommend you hit Park Lane Eye Care. They'll treat you right.
