The gentleman was so professional, he had to remove an EMF shield off the back of my phone to put the new protective cover on. He refused to put the cover on until all the adhesive was removed. I didn't care because it would never be seen. It was against his integrity to leave some adhesive. I so appreciate customer service that is REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you A2Z!! He offered the best price on phones compared to other Metro stores, along with a Tempered Glass Case. He also cleaned my phone off and put the glass case on for me. Some interesting music was being played and I asked him about it. He said, I could change the playlist. That was nice of him. You don't come across that often. I put on some Brandon Lake, the song was Heartfelt Hallelujah. The Indian guy loved it! I was really surprised? I' ll be getting two free gifts today, just for coming in the store! I have yet to be able to do this with all the above mentioned company's. Facebook had to start all over. Yahoo was my email and I am not able to download that app, it disappeared from my phone. Seriously So now I'm trying to change everything to Gmail. OMG and start all over. Honestly I am so sick of dealing with this. Don't know why this all happen. But I will never buy another new phone unless mine fries or I get a written guarantee that Boost Transferred EVERYTHING. Thought that was their job. ( I did my research before making the leap from TMobile!!) Apple also told me it was compatible. They are willing to lose a customer, than actually help you to save money. They just want to sell me their phone, instead of using mine, which is paid off, unlocked, and only a year old!! Yes they are the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, folks.
