Total rip off came for a patch they said $20 but after seeing the tire they said I needed a new one for $60 used but they brought a tire that was an inch smaller which I did not want so as I left they charged $10 just because they did NOT have my size! What a joke. read more

What happen with my car was I spent $1000 on repair that they said I need it they try to get me to change my cams in my motor nothing is wrong with them they got me to change my timing chain cover and bracket and I don't believe nothing was wrong with that they try to get me to change my water pump nothing was wrong with that and couldn't even find out what was the noise I had to take my car home and figure it out myself it was just the starter so be careful when you go to the mechanic shops they want you to spend money and sometimes they don't even fix the problem. I went to this place and asked for 4 5 lug wheels. and Jaime told me 160 for the price and I confirmed telling him that I'm junking the car. I go to this place and turns out he only got one and I had Zelle him first. Do not go there and try to get a flat fixed you will end up with all your tires full of nails . I went to go get a flat repair on a Friday woke up next day in the morning with no air on the same tire . I went back and told them and hey said they will fix it if it was from the same spot turns out it had a piece of metal not even 2 inches away from other .The odds of that right so I agreed to pay . I got a bit suspicious so I started looking in the ground and sure enough I found a total of 5 huge nails all the way around where my car was parked for the repair and I called them out and they just said we didn't know anything about that of course they were going to play dumb .They are doing it so you can go back and get charged again .They are cons . read more

Steer clear of these crooks The owner and the son are compulsive liars You pay them to put OEM and they will give you aftermarket parts. They just bet on the fact you won't find out and if you do and confront them they'll simply tell you not to come back. Shops like this should not be in business. read more

Tony the owner of JC General auto repair was recommended by my friend. My friend told me that this place is inexpensive , fast, honest , with great service. I came today to have them checked rear brakes due to some noise coming out and his mechanic quickly checked, adjusted , and cleaned both of my rear brakes. Now there's no noise. At the same time I asked Tony about my torn caliper boot on my front brake. So he ordered a new caliper for $60 and charged me pretty cheap labor to replace the caliper as well as adjusting & clean rear brakes. I sat down and spoke to Tony older guy about his work experience in the days where he had hard time getting raise from his bosses even after working in one company for 5 years, crazy isn't it. The boss got annoyed and told Tony " the door is open for your to start your own business if you want to make more money". So that was exactly what Tony did, he started this repair business which he said he should had done sooner. One thing mentioned about someone stole his products. He didn't felt bad about it. He said someone must need money bad to buy food or something, and David was ok with that. What a gentleman. We need to support this small business, and there are many good hard working people. Got referred by a friend to get my brakes fixed. He over charged me and didn't even fix it correctly. I told my friend about the price and my friend said whoa he overcharged. My friend calls Tony and Tony tells him "your friend didn't come here he must of went somewhere else". A week ago i was in contact with one of the owners of JC to figure out whats wrong with my car they said that they'll charge me 50 bucks for a diagnostics i was avoiding to pay so i ended up getting my own from autozone to get the code the guy from jc told me that they give fake diagnostics that doesnt show results they told me to come to the shop to see whats wrong with my car as i arrived the owner was telling me more about what should be replaced besides not telling what is causing my engine to shake till later i asked them whats the price i was ignored more than once trying to get the price and walks off the guy didnt even tell me one moment or nothing he go's to make phone calls and give me a price to replace my motor mounts and alternator which is 1,250$ i told him i dont have the funds right now i can pay half he gave me a card of getting a 5,000$ loan that can possibly approve me he also charged me 50$ without the diagnostic scanner he just looked at my car and didnt find other results so i was upset the owner was very rude and ignorant i told them what happened if i brought the parts and will the labor be cheaper he just told me well i can get the parts cheaper to replace so the labor will stay the same price i asked if i could leave my car here to pick it up tomorrow he told me no so i ended up taking my car back to the people who are having issues with there car do not go here they overcharge and they want to get all your money and there service sucks a couple years back i was trying to get my brakes fixed before they charged me 200$ dollars to replace my back brakes cause they were squeaking within those 2 weeks after getting them replaced they started squeaking again i personally think this mechanic shop should be out of business. read more

I just got my my ac fixed here sensce they said they will fix it once they order my part the will be able to fix it in 2 hours or so every other place I called said they needed to see my car and they would take a few days while they fix it. It's insane sensce I do need my car for transportation. So I made up my mind to go here and get it fix marin help me out and fixed my ac problem literally didn't even take an hour to fix he also changed my oil!
