Just completed a master bath and guest bath remodel. Quoted 3 other fabricators before selecting to…read morego with Cesar. The project included a half wall of granite behind the tub and granite counter tops in the master bath. In the guest bath we used quartzite on the vanity and on top of a small cabinet. Overall Performance: 1. Quick response, great communication and price. Cesar responded quickly and provided a very competitive quote. Good and timely communication is important to me and a must to avoid mistakes when doing projects that involve a lot of detail. Cesar quickly responded to all my questions, listened to what my vision was and personally came out on several occasions to review the project site. 2. Quality work and up for a challenge. Cesar is very experience and his team is very talented. I had one slab of granite that I wanted to flow seamlessly behind my freestanding tub. It was going to be tight and no room for error. The slab needed to be cut in half, flipping and taking pieces out of order from both sides, then perfectly matched on design to flow seamlessly. I also wanted a boarder backsplash of the same granite to go around the vanities. Other fabrication companies I quoted said it was not possible. Cesar took on the challenge and executed my vision perfectly. That's true talent and great craftsmanship! 3. Personal attention and hands on involvement. Cesar is very hands on for all his projects. He believes in quality over quantity and doing the job right the first time. Even with that said, he is very timely on getting the job done. He manages his schedule efficiently, effectively and meets all his schedules on time. I really appreciate this because when you have lots of trades coming in on a remodel, timing is everything to keep the schedule on track. In summary I would highly recommend Cesar (and we already have) for any type of stone fabrication and installations needs. I will upload some pictures but the pictures don't do justice as seeing the stone in real life.

Did a great job on a simple granite countertop sink enlargement. On time. Cleaned up everything.read more

Horrible, horrible company! First all, worked with Albert. He was very hard to get a hold of, for…read moreany communication but was very quick to collect money. Also, requested cash for a portion of the payment and check for the rest. Hmm, very interesting. Next, we requested for a walk through to go over the job, and he denied it saying it was all on paper. When it came time for plywood, they wanted more money for the supply (when it was already part of the bid). Plywood came to install- surprise surprise , measurements were wrong (by their own guys). Probably could have been avoided if we had done a walk through right? The fabricator had come by to measure and said all if it was wrong. Ok, well it was all done by your guys. By this time, we had had enough. We were fed up with them. Tried to call the upper ups, we emailed, and no reply. Save yourself the hassle, headache and time- go somewhere else!

Rocky Point worked through my kitchen cabinet contractor. I purchased my quartz through another…read morecompany. RP came out to measure, which was great. Professional and on time. Once the quartz was ready to install, the counter was cut (measured?) on one side WAY too short. The rest of the counters were measured appropriately (1.5") That did not stop the install team from installing it. It wasn't till my contractor came by and noticed did they pull it out. They then used, I guess, a stone we had left over...like a whole slab (and didn't tell us...I guess they just keep it) to cut a new piece. They came back out weeks later to install. They were again finished when I noticed the counter was still a quarter of an inch too short!! The installer kept trying to ensure me "it was fine". I'm not sure what went wrong. The measuring...trying to squeeze out the measurements so they didn't have to buy me a new slab. Some of the cuts for around the window were sub par. Needless to say, I was upset. They tried to rectify the situation, but they would have had to rip out all the counters thus putting new cabinets in jeopardy of being dinged up and adding weeks to the already drawn out project. I decided to eat it and stick with the unevenly measured countertop. The fixed the pieces around the window and caulked them better. They gave me some money back for the trouble. I am still noticing that one side is not buffed properly. When the sun hits it, it looks all scratched up. They said they would "stop by" to fix it when they are in the area. I haven't hear anything from them in a few weeks. Anyways, buyer and contractors proceed with caution. The workmanship could have been better.
