He handled a variety of projects throughout the house, including replacing and adjusting the magnets on our kitchen cabinets, repairing a damaged cover on the trash cabinet, installing security cameras around the house, cleaning and repainting the bathroom, and replacing the attic door cover. Nate was professional, patient, meticulous, and incredibly respectful of our home. What impressed me most was how careful he was with every detail. He left every workspace immaculate -- genuinely spotless -- and still apologized in case there was a tiny bit of chipped paint or dust he might have missed. There wasn't. It's rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and treats your home as carefully as if it were their own. Nate was amazing from start to finish, and I would absolutely request him again. Highly recommend Mr. Handyman, and especially Nate. Five stars without hesitation.

However, the rate that i was charged at $180/hr for each person to put together 3 beds was ridiculous. This was not transparent in their quote. I was under the impression that would be $180 for both ($90/hr) which is still expensive but doable. $180/hr per person is more than a Union Contractor makes in NYC. The Handymen were just there to build 3 beds! The price was insane and i will NEVER use them again. If you wish to use them, please make sure they provide you with a detailed breakdown of the costs (not just a per hour quote) so you are not surprised like i was.

Juan Reyes was fantastic and listened to our wants and needs and went above and beyond in making them a reality! Hafid made certain that the process was seamless from materials delivery, and waste collection. Chris, our project manager was stellar and was on site during most of the construction and stayed in constant contact during the entire process. Our 44 year old siding was literally splitting and had rot in several places and the soffits were angled and looked dated. Willian and his team of craftsmen squared off the soffits giving it a updated modern look. What was most impressive about Willian and his crew was that they were all equally skilled, so no one had to wait on anyone else for measuring, cutting, or installation. They moved so fluidly with no wasted effort which quickened the process. We are so glad we choose Juan and Pro-Roofing and are so appreciative of the quality of work his team provided. If you need roofing or siding like us, give them a call; they will do you proud!

Purchased a home where my home inspector found several issues with the HVAC installation. Called…read moreseveral companies trying to find out who may have did the install on this system. One company took my information and looked up the installer on my system and it was Comfort Zone in Canton. I contacted them and asked for a tech to come out to check my duct work as no air was reaching the upper rooms. Home inspector stated part of the issue was ductwork that was left loose in the ceiling and not hooked up to anything. I told her that my home inspector stated there were major issues with the install on my system that they did. The company that came out to check on the system installer for me stated it was one of the worst install jobs he has seen and didn't understand what their installer was thinking. The Comfort Zone employee just stated she was sorry about that, they couldn't do anything about it and they would no longer come out this far. Seriously? Just beware using any company that will not stand behind their work or will not even bother to investigate issues with a prior job they were responsible for. I was willing to pay for the work to get things right, since they did it for the previous owners, but can't get any help from a company that doesn't care about their reputation or their past work. Interesting that she didn't seem to have an issue helping me until she got my address and looked it up on her system seeing that it was an address where they evidently had issues with their work prior. Then suddenly they don't come back out this way now. BEWARE this company or you may be left hanging after they get their money and run! Also, looking over their website's listing of their customer reviews, it is always interesting to see when a company scrubs all the negative reviews from their webpages and only shows 5-star reviews. That usually indicates a problem business trying to hide all their bad work history. If you check out other review websites, it is amazing how many bad reviews of this business suddenly appear, yet all 5-star on their website. Again, BEWARE!!
