Exceptional Service from Beginning to End…read more I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Isaac Adkison of TE Certified and the exceptional service he provided from our initial consultation through the completion of a significant plumbing repair at my home. I contacted TE Certified after discovering a concealed hot-water leak beneath the slab of my home. From the very first visit, Isaac stood out because of the thoroughness of his assessment, his knowledge, and the amount of time he took to help me understand what was happening and the different options available to address it. This was a major repair decision for me, and rather than rushing me toward a particular solution, Isaac carefully explained the advantages, disadvantages, uncertainties, and long-term considerations associated with each option. Over the days that followed, I had many questions--and I mean many! Isaac answered every one of them with an incredible amount of patience, professionalism, and detail. He never made me feel as though I was asking too much or taking up too much of his time. When I needed clarification about specific items on the estimates, how the proposed reroute would work, the existing plumbing, freeze concerns, accessibility, restoration, or the potential for future issues, he consistently responded with thoughtful and knowledgeable explanations that helped me make an informed decision. What impressed me just as much was his honesty. When there were things he could not know with absolute certainty until the walls were opened or the existing piping was further evaluated, he said so. I greatly appreciated that. I never felt pressured or given false assurances simply for the sake of making a sale. When I ultimately asked Isaac what he would recommend as the best long-term solution for my particular home, he gave me a clear professional recommendation and thoroughly explained his reasoning. That gave my family and me the confidence we needed to proceed with rerouting the hot- and cold-water lines to the kitchen through conditioned interior space. On the day of the work, that same level of professionalism continued. After locating the plumbing manifold beside the refrigerator, Isaac made an extremely clean and precise opening in the drywall, preserving the piece so that it could be neatly replaced afterward. As the routing plan developed, he initially proposed one solution, but when I expressed concern about how it would affect the appearance and countertop area of the kitchen, he listened to my concerns and was completely receptive to exploring an alternative route I suggested. He evaluated it carefully and determined that the new lines could instead be routed behind the refrigerator and stove and through the lower cabinetry to the sink. The result exceeded my expectations. Isaac, with the assistance of Reeves, completed the work with tremendous care and attention to detail. The new lines were insulated, neatly routed and securely installed, and the workmanship throughout was exceptionally clean and organized. They protected the surrounding areas while working, treated the home with care, and left the kitchen looking virtually unchanged despite the extent of the plumbing work that had been completed. You would never know from looking at the finished kitchen that such a significant reroute had taken place. Most importantly, after the new lines were installed and the water was restored, Isaac checked the water meter to verify the result. The meter was no longer moving. After dealing with the stress of a concealed leak and having to keep the hot water shut off, seeing that meter remain still--and knowing the leak had finally been resolved--was an enormous relief. Another thing I greatly respect is that the project remained at the best-case estimate I had authorized: $2,915. There were opportunities throughout this process for the scope or cost to increase, but Isaac remained transparent about the work that was actually necessary and completed the agreed-upon repair accordingly. There is a difference between someone who simply knows how to perform a trade and someone who combines technical expertise with integrity, communication, patience, problem-solving, respect for the homeowner, and genuine pride in his work. In my experience, Isaac demonstrated all of those qualities. I also want to recognize Reeves for his assistance in completing the work so carefully and efficiently. Together, they did an immaculate job. As a homeowner, especially when dealing with a costly repair in an area outside of your own expertise, it is incredibly important to feel that you can trust the person advising you. Isaac earned that trust. He did not just repair a plumbing problem; he helped me understand it, thoughtfully walked me through a difficult decision, listened to my concerns, and ultimately delivered a solution that I feel very confident about. I am genuinely grateful that Isaac was the plumber assigned to m

Fritts & Jose arrived at our home early on the date and time we agreed on. They had two of our broke down units back up and running with cold air delivery again within 30 minutes. I asked for a quote to replace one of the two 25 year old condensers and heater. They analyzed our needs and I had what I believed to be a fair quote within hours. We were booked and scheduled the very next day. Simply amazing the response and red carpet treatment they delivered. The install team was equally professional and took care when entering our house to check the thermostat (they removed shoes without even being asked). Everything was left clean and in tip-top shape from the attic to the back yard. I mean these guys genuinely CARE about thier work. I have had more than a handful of undesirable experiences with contractors in our home. FRITTS HEATING AND AIR is the exception. Thank you all for a job MORE than WELL DONE.

With all these new computer driven devices there wasn't to much I could do. Checking for a blown fuse was about the extent of my trouble shooting skills so I placed a call to Fritts Heating and Air. Fritts himself (owner)showed up in the blink of an eye. A very nice easy going guy with years of knowledge and expertise. Appearing that the thermostat was bad he had to go to the warehouse to pick up a new one. Once back replacing the old one began. He let me watch and ask questions and just had and interesting conversation about anything and everything. Well strange the new one didn't work either. So after so quick troubleshooting in the basement furnace he found a defective in line fuse blown. Replacing the fuse and low and behold, success the thermostat was working. So being the nice guy he removed his unit and put the original back in. Problem solved. So in closing after spending hours in trouble shooting and traveling back and forth he only charged me for the service call. Absolutely amazing! Thank you Fritts for and awesome experience on a frustrating situation.

It's always easy to make an appointment and I enjoy the extended warranty that includes two visits yearly to look for and take care of any impending issues. Candidly, they've hardly been any issues.

I was lied to by the company about their pricing. When I called to inquire about the cost for a…read moreservice call, I was told the service call was $89 and with that the technician would diagnose the problem and quote the repair cost. At that time, I could choose to do the repair or not. Instead, on 06/18/26, the technician charged us an $89 service call and a $177.50 diagnostic fee. There were no repairs done. There was no diagnostic work done. He looked at 3 thermostats and stated they were set incorrectly. Unfortunately, I had to leave halfway through his visit and was not at home when he was done. My wife felt pressured to pay the inflated charge. The total was $266.50, instead of the $89 I was originally quoted by Premier's call center. When I returned, I called the company to request a refund and spoke to three different people. The last one said they would have someone contact me. That was Thursday June 18th. When I had not heard from anyone by Saturday, June 20th, I left a Google review. The company responded to my review and asked me to send them an email about my complaint. I emailed the company to respond to their request on 6/23/26 and stated my complaint. I was contacted by Mike New, who stated he was a Manager with Premier. I attempted to explain the situation but was cut off repeatedly by Mr. New. Eventually, Mr. New said the conversation was through from his perspective and advised me to file any complaints I felt necessary. Mr. New stated he felt my comment on Google indicating I would be filing a complaint with the Office of Consumer Affairs was an attempt at coercion to get Premier to refund my money. This is incorrect. At the time I posted my review, I had not heard from Premier for 2 days after they stated someone would call me, so I thought that was the end of our conversation. My review was a report of my experience with the company and what I intended to do as next steps. After my review was posted, they reached out to me to continue the conversation. Had Mr. New not been aggressive during our conversation and let me explain without interruption, he might have better understood the situation. Regardless of his understanding, the company misrepresented their pricing to me. The price for them to come out and diagnose my system was not $89. Instead, they charged $89 plus a $177.50 diagnostic fee for a total of $266.50. The real price Premier Indoor Comfort Systems, LLC charges to diagnose a system is $266.50 and not the $89 they told me on the phone. I feel this is deceitful and fraudulent pricing. I would not have chosen them had they told me the true cost of their visit. The complete cost should have been divulged on the phone and by the Technician when he arrived, not at the end of his visit. I feel the $89 service call as originally quoted me is a fair price for the technician being at my home less than an hour. My original request was for the $177.50 to be refunded. I originally thought this was perhaps a mistake. However, it appears this is standard operating procedure. I do not recommend them.
