There are a lot of nail technicians, as this place seems to have a quite steady business. I was able to get in as a walk-in on a weekday around lunch. My pedicure was very relaxing. I got one of the more deluxe packages, which came with a hot stone massage and a hot wax treatment. The prices seem quite reasonable, especially for the quality of services offered. I paid in cash and left a cash tip. The salon looked clean and they have nice, functional massage chairs. I would definitely come back.

I showed her the type of snowflake from the patterns they had. When she is done painting the mint she proceeds to take the white out. I remind her that I want silver. She says she knows and gives me this "I do this for a living so I know what I'm doing" attitude. Fine, maybe she's adding highlights. She attempts to glue on a silver gem in the center when I tell her I don't want it (she never asked). Also she did two different types on my nails. Both should look the same. Finally she covered it with silver glitter which now covers the white snowflake. Overall annoyed. She didn't listen to what I wanted and she didn't ask me. She just assumed. She put only one coat - I don't know if it was the base coat or the top coat; when it should have been both! I soaked my feet thinking it meant any minute now.... Another 15 mins later so a total 35 minutes later finally one of the male technicians came over to do my pedicure. I had to ask him to apply a top coat to my finger nails... Also, I looked around during those 35 mins that I had NOTHING to do but wait and noticed EVERY single other customer had a drink - water, wine, cocktail.... Me??? NOTHING. No one offered me anything. I finally asked one other tech if only some customers get drinks and she said any and all customers can so I asked for a glass of wine. I'm a paying customer. I would've loved to make this my go to place. But after todays experience I'm not so sure. As soon as I finished typing this, the male tech and I got talking... turns out he's the owner and the lady who did my manicure is his wife and co-owner! I'm surprised that that's the tone she's setting (ignoring me, not offering a drink, not letting me know how long I'm gonna be waiting etc)... he was really nice to talk to, and I'm glad it ended on a positive note after what I felt was a bad experience.
