Unfortunately, K M & M's "personal guarantee of satisfaction" was not honored by its owner, Kyle. After replacing the roof, K M & M left debris from their work in my attic and black residue covered the items stored in the attic. Attempts to have K M & M remove the debris and clean the residue were unsuccessful. The only way to get a response or answer from Kyle was to call using a friend's phone, and Kyle reluctantly agreed to come clean the mess within 3 weeks - 3 weeks came and went and I did not hear anything from Kyle. I had to engage a separate contractor to clean up after this vendor.
