I called for 2 months in the months of March & April. I left several voice-mails explaining my situation and never once got a call back. I had no choice but to call ABC solutions who tried to reach out to the owner as well with no luck (as of August, he never responded to their email). I had to call my bank and pay a fee just so I would quit getting charged. Fast forward to August and the owner (Logan Sims) sent me to collections for $222. I tried to call the gym again because I should not be charged for something when I did everything in my power to contact this business. He called me back and all I heard were lies. He said he tried to call me numerous times which was false. He even said he emailed me (I looked up my emails while on the phone with him & explained to him I never received anything from him). He then said all he can do is take off the late fees and I'd have to take the collectionsup with ABC solutions. I called ABC solutions and was informed HE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO VAN WAIVE THE CHARGES. YET ANOTHER LIE FROM MR. LOGAN SIMS. Please beware before doing business with this guy. I loved the workers but the owner is so very rude and unprofessional and people need to be aware of him before giving him money!

Before we began the training, our puppy was lovable but demanding and thought she was in charge of our whole family. Practically 90% of her behavior problems (like mouthing/biting, barking, jumping on people, pulling) are virtually gone in less than a day! He would constantly pull. It was so hard to leave him for the 3 weeks, but it was totally worth it. We received constant communication from Cory and Melaney during his stay which helped with the separation. The lessons we have received from the initial pick up and our group lessons have helped us and Charlie to continue with his training and success. We recently had a vacation and Charlie was so well behaved. There was no reaction from him when he saw other dogs. Using the methods we were taught for introducing him to people and other dogs worked like a charm. His walking skills are excellent. It is such a joy to walk with him no matter the surroundings. The other characteristic we have noticed is that Charlie is so much calmer. He now understands what is expected of him within our family. He understands that we will initiate the playtime and there is no more high pitched barking for attention.
