She walks right past staff like it's totally normal. Meanwhile, I'm over here dodging invisible germs like it's a cardio warmup. Crunch Outer Loop, I say this with love this ain't a yoga retreat in Bali. It's a gym. Where people sweat. When I finally spoke to someone they demanded I pay next month's dues AND a $63.59 annual fee just to cancel a month-to-month membership with no commitment. I was also hit with a $34 overdraft fee from their 4am charge attempts. I sent a formal written cancellation email, filed a complaint with the Kentucky Attorney General's Consumer Protection office, filed a BBB complaint, and filed a CFPB complaint against their billing processor ABC Financial. This gym makes it intentionally difficult to cancel and uses predatory billing tactics. The $1 promo is a trap. Stay far away from this location. Zero stars if I could.

When I stated that I was unaware of this substantial fee, he responded, "You should know to read the fine print, and it's not our problem if you didn't." This response was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. He then put me on hold and then returned to inform me that he had canceled my membership. I never asked for my membership to be canceled, I was simply seeking clarification regarding a charge. When I questioned this action, he was dismissive and refused to apologize. I then requested to speak with a manager. Instead of properly transferring me, he placed me on hold and slammed down the phone. I then spoke with a manager named Morgan, who failed to acknowledge the inappropriate conduct, my frustration, or the wrongful cancellation of my membership. Rather than addressing the issue, I was spoken down to and told I should be more responsible about reading fine print. While that may be true, I refuse to take part in a company that treats their customers this way. I'd stay away.

They are perfect, they are very limited with their strength training equipment but you can always make due. The staff is incredibly friendly and very very helpful, they tend to stay busy keeping the place running and clean which is nice. I like the Planet Fitness atmosphere though I can definitely understand why most don't like it, especially serious strength trainers. If you have the dedication and consistency you can make anything work though and I'm a firm believer that hard work pays off big time. I'll probably continue to come here through the years and as I make my way back into the fitness world.

Upon arrival, I was impressed with their mat space for their Muay Thai classes and Jiu Jitsu classes. There's a waiting area with chairs, restroom, changing room, and lockers. The instruction was great and the guys/girls in the gym were tough and had good vibes. You'll get good high level rolls, but still friendly vibes during and after. I would recommend this gym to any of my friends visiting the area.
