The owner is an absolute sweetheart, very knowledgeable as she's been doing airbrush for years. She made my little girl feel at ease and the tan developed gorgeous and flawless. Today I think was an exception because they had several out of order. Fairly clean facility with an ATM and change machine as well as soap for sale in case you forget to bring yours. Washers seem to wash well and dryers are great for the price - only have to add as many quarters as you need instead of a minimum price. Dryers can fit two loads of laundry. They have free popcorn and coffee for customers but I have not tried either so I can't vouch for it. Also have not used the tanning portion so cannot comment on that aspect either. They have free WiFi so I usually get some work done while I wait for my laundry, and Quills is across the street to satisfy your coffee needs. Wash is $2.00, dry is .25 cents for 7 minutes. I usually only need two or three quarters for the dryer.

I understand things happen however I had been having her do my hair for almost three years and requested several times that she not switch products which she did that day and has admitted to in messages. She rescheduled me for a Saturday three days later but then cancelled on me last minute to fix it saying she had a family obligation. I was nice and said that was fine. I offered to pay for the correct products myself for her to keep in stock since I have gone very frequently over the years. Then she did not even contact me again for 4 more days to return to get it fixed and then her offer was late in the afternoon on a Wednesday asking me to come in the next morning (a Thursday at 9 am) when I clearly had to be working. She offered no other correction appointment only messaged to ask for a curling iron I had borrowed which I did return and I smiled and was nice to everyone there but she was with a customer so I could not talk to her. I then requested that she return my payment or fix it and she then finally said ok she would fix it if I paid the difference between the amount I paid and fixing my roots (which really would be the same i would think because to fix this she would have had to bleach again right?). I said okay that is fine what times do you have Monday.... The she made up some excuse about me being disrespectful of covid when I was the only person in the establishment wearing a mask, which made no sense. THEN she changed her mind and said no you're rude I refuse to refund you or fix it. Who wouldnt be upset walking out and left like this for WEEKS after paying someone over $3000 in 2 years ? Plus awesome tips every time except this one when I left with marigold orange roots. I have recommended this place to so many people but I was unaware that if things did not go well then Erin would just write off her customers, which is what it feels like. It truly seems that she just did not want to eat the cost of fixing my hair a third time.

Our 5 yr old dog was pulling me during walks, was very excitable when we had people over, would not stay out of the kitchen & pestered company for food as we ate. Amazingly, all of these issues were addressed & Tuck is simply much more pleasant to take walks with, have others into our home & I can even cook in peace. Tuck is very responsive to the commands that Justin taught him. Justin's communication skills are great. He sends "pupdates" often when your dog is being trained, spends a good deal of time with the Owner when we picked him up & has followed up with us to see how things are going.
