First I would love to give my friend a shout of for recommending me to Jaytronixx. When I walked in the people we're very friendly, they greeted me and my family nicely, they asked how could they help me and I told them I had a broken black iPhone 5s screen that needs to get fixed. She went in the back to ask the guy who works on the phones how much he would charge. He did my phone screen for a reasonable price. WAY cheaper, than iCrack, four seasons mall, etc. Well he came to the front to take a look at my phone. He said it would be 40 minutes until my phone screen is fixed. So me and my family went to go get something to eat while we waited. Well that only took us a roughly 20 minutes. When we got back to the shop, the phone was already fixed. He than applied a screen-protector on my phone which prevents scratches, cracks, dust, and bubbles. He asked me did I have a carrier so he could check the sound on the phone to see if it work, but my phone was an Unlocked Verizon phone, so I didn't have a SIMS card. The HUGE plus is they have cell phone carries inside the building such as; PagePlus, Net10, etc. So since PagePlus is on Verizon's towers and I do have a Verizon phone, my phone was compatible with the PagePlus company. I decided to tell them to also set my iPhone up with the PagePlus network. That was NO problem at all, they already had the sim's card and also the activation card as well for new customers (PagePlus). I got the $39.95 plan which is Unlimited Talk and Text, and 1 GB of 4G data. Which isn't bad at all because the main thing I do is talk and text. I do my internet at home where there's always WiFi. It only took the lady no more than 10 minutes to hook my phone up with PagePlus. Everything works SOOOOOO perfectly. I LOVE these guys. Their friendly, joyful, and very fast. I would recommend this company to ANY ONE!!!! I promise you WON'T regret it. And once again its a GREAT AFFORDABLE price. You can't find anything better. I just want to thank these guys for their support, hard work, and effort to fixing my screens, and answering ALL the questions that I had. So you MUST drop by or just give them a call. Jay assembled my iPhone 5 customization at 30 min to close without hesitation and even stayed after close to complete assembly. I initially took my phone to Isolutions for an all pink customization to which I had to just pick my parts after a ONE MONTH wait due to poor customer service amongst a long list of incompetence. Even though I was a customer with parts from another store Jay still took me as a client. He nor I knew that these parts were mismatched aside from the obvious 2 different pinks for the front LCD and metal frame. I have an iPhone 5 Isolutions supplied me with a metal back that did not come with a spring for the power button and a cheap front LCD for an iPhone 5s. Poor guy did not know he was on a dummy mission and he accidentally broke the front screen during assembly. However he was kind enough to order a replacement screen of better quality and find a fix for the power button. He DID NOT have to do that but I'm sure after hearing the disastrous experience I had at Isolutions wanted to give his best customer service! He explained everything very thoroughly and showed me as to why my screen cracked and power button wouldn't work with botched parts I bought at Isolutions. I wish I would've went here first it would have been cheaper faster and a lot less headache. He cares about his work and did not want me to carry a broken phone saying I had it assembled by Jay so he had ordered the part before pick up at no additional cost to me from initial payment. Not sure about the other ratings on here, but definitely not my experience at all. In fact if you check their google reviews, it'd be more accurate. My overall experience with them was wonderful. I even seen the ratings on here and couldn't believe it. I had to show love to this store and submit my google review to here because the previous reviews do not describe this store at all! Just bought a phone here so I can't say how well it works yet but the customer service was awesome. The lady running the store front was very friendly and extremely helpful. Will be back soon! Edit: we were not informed that the phone we were buying, while unlocked, would not function fully with our phone plan. We specifically asked this and we were assured no it's fully unlocked. Edit: Today, I and several other customers receive text messages to check up how the phone was working which I appreciate. Maybe don't put us all in a group text because I don't know who those people are. But it's nice to know that they would take the extra step to make sure the phone works. read more

Jay was great, from start to finish. Excellent communication through texts, even on a Sunday; repaired the phone Monday in no time! I had a super shattered screen on an iPhone 4, and he assured me it wasn't as bad as it looked and it wouldn't be a problem. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed an apple iphone wall adapter to charge my phone. I called but was not able to reach anyone. However I did message them via google maps and someone got back to me within the hour to let me know that they did have what I was looking for in stock. When I got there this same customer service rep taught me that how apple causes the battery in an iphone to lose its lifespan if you are using an aftermarket adapter. Great guys, they know what they do, my experience is positive, they explained everything and answered all my questions. They told me my phone would be ready by 11-30, it was ready exactly at 11-30. He went thru the options available "out there". Refurbished, pre-owned, new. I ended buying a new iPad and paid less than at Walmart.
