I had cracked the screen to my brand new Apple MacBook. Other places were charging so much just to fix it. Jaytronics fixed my laptop for a very reasonable price and patiently waited for me to pay for it without any threatening phone calls. They were very kind, sweet, patient, reliable, understanding and very professional altogether. The employees were simply "AH-MAZINGGG". I love this place. Amen was very knowledgeable and told me straight up front what it would cost, how long to get the parts and how long to fix. He even through in a couple of extra parts for free. I arrived at my appointment time for the repair and my phone was ready when promised. It works like a brand new phone. I read the bad reviews and they really hold no merit. Jaytronixx's responses to the bad reviews is stellar. If you have a problem with Jaytronics, then it's your fault. And by the way....please give Amen a raise...he deserves it! read more

I felt kinda sorry for the owner as there was a fair amount of negative feedback here - I decided to ignore it and bring my iPhone in for a screen replacement as they had the best price I could find. Made an appointment, showed up on time, and got my phone screen repaired while I walked a block down to the street and ate some of the best Pho in town at a nearby Vietnamese restaurant. Repair was done for the price quoted, and I even bought an inexpensive case to replace my bad one. What else could you ask for? Worked for me! read more

If I could give a -5 stars I would, because that's how many trips it took to rectify my situation, and it's still not completed. Not only did he tear up my phone and had to replace it, but the owner did not even have the courtesy to come and confront me face-to-face! He is a wimp... DO NOT patronize this establishment...it's a rip off! Jaytronixx should change their name to JayTRASH!!! read more

Everyone in the store was absolutely AMAZING! They gave me 100% attention and did not rush me even though there were other customers waiting. They helped me pick out everything that I wanted, including special ordering an iPad that they did not have in stock. They went above and beyond in customer service and satisfaction! I even called almost daily checking on my iPad they ordered and they were very nice every single time I called. I highly recommend this company and these people. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! STAY AWAY!! I made an appointment to have my iPhone screen repaired made it to the empty store 10 minutes late and was informed by the employee that they "may" be able to assist me but I wouldn't receive a phone call when my phone was done because he leaves the phone off the hook so people can't call. While talking to this RUDE store employee he was texting on his phone with no regard for me needing assistance at the store. I left immediately after that. I will not spend my money anywhere there is terrible customer service. There are plenty of phone repair stores who have great customer service. If I could give NO stars I would. read more

Do not go to these jerks to get your phone repaired. I recently went to have my IPhone 7 Plus repaired at first everything worked well however approximately a week after the repair my phone started randomly rebooting on its own. I then went back to Jaytronixx to discuss the issue after researching the issue online. I was told that I must not remember how the phone was operating prior to the repair. How in the hell would I not remember how the phone was operating prior to the repair when it just happened a week and half prior to me coming back to the store. Dude then says oh looks like this phone battery has been replaced and is an aftermarket battery from Battery Plus. I State yes I had my phone screen replaced by an AT&T authorized user approximately a year prior to this encounter with Jaytronixx. I also purchased the phone new from AT&T actually was preordered prior to the official release. I'm convinced these people replaced my battery with that after market battery when they repaired my screen in order to get me to purchase another battery from them. Stay away from these scammers, not worth the money nor the headache that comes along with them touching your phone. read more

Trash!!!! DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE to have your phone repair!!. Save your dollar or go to another repair shop. Because the owner here is full of shit!!I paid a few hundred dollars for my iphone 6 repair. And it didn't work just in 3 weeks. Even worse, the other day a guy in iCracked told me my battery is the used one! Fuck that shit! I just bought my mobile a few months ago. And that's the first time I went to the repair shop!! Was that possible? That's bullshit!! He must take out my battery and replace it with his shit !!!I have no idea what his name is. But I don't give him a fuck!! I simply know he's a ugly fraud, a liar!!! The worst service ever!!!! read more

Trash!! Save your money and buy from a real cellphone store. I got ripped off and never showed any care. I bought a used phone iphone 5s here and it didnt last two months, and he took out parts from the phone found out after taking it to the apple store. I paid $300 for a shitty phone. worst customer service ever and he knew the whole time. read more

I would highly discourage having your cell phone fixed here. The only reason why they have good reviews is bc they offer a free case or free screen protector if you write a good review. I turned down an offer to have my phone fixed by a friend of a friend bc I wanted things done correctly. I paid more than double at Jaytonnix. I brought my phone in on 7/8/17 to have the screen replaced. I dropped & broke my screen the day before. I needed my phone fixed quickly bc my family & I were going away to the beach for the weekend. My screen was replaced & my screen resolution was the same. That weekend I noticed a white dot at the bottom of my screen. I research it and it was a light leak bc of the screen not being fixed properly. I brought it back on 7/16 to get fixed. As soon as I got home w/ my phone that afternoon the screen from the bottom of my phone popped from the right corner. I panicked and having had a tiresome day I just popped it back in. I did not feel like going back to have my phone checked. All I wanted to do was relax. Note that I had bought my phone a screen protector & it wasn't replaced. So I lost the cost of my screen protector. Over the week I noticed that my screen was not as bright as it was before. I reset all the settings on my phone, made sure the brightness wasn't locked to a low level etc. Nothing worked. I meant to bring my phone back on 7/14 but did not have time. A cheap darker vision of a screen replacement was probably used. Yesterday I dropped my phone on carpet from my couch probably a foot off the ground. The screen popped from the side of my phone AGAIN this time worse. I left work early and went to Jaytronnix. I told them that I wanted my phone fixed correctly bc I was tiered of coming back almost each week. I told the lady at the front desk that my screen was popping. She looked at my phone up closed & said that the frame was bent. The man that I dealt with told me my phone was bent & therefore the screen was popping. He said that the screen was not glued down so it could pop from the sides. I told him that I must have dropped my phone w/ the original screen many times & it never popped from the sides. He said do you understand that you phone is metal & I can't just bend it back to place. You do understand that right ? I told him I wasn't stupid & I told him that I didn't have a problem w/ my screen popping out before I brought it to them. It happen as soon as I got it back from them the second time. The first time everything was perfect but the white dot on my screen. To make things short I asked him if I was wasting my time & he kept trying to make it seem like I stupid. I grabbed my phone and left. So I know I'm not the only one w/ a bad experience,I hope everyone would take the time to write a review when you had bad service to prevent other people's money to be lost. read more
