After getting nowhere elsewhere, I brought it here and spoke directly with Mike. Mike actually took the time to listen to the symptoms and diagnose the problem instead of immediately trying to sell me expensive services I didn't need. They scanned the vehicle, found a B1235 code related to the driver side blend door actuator, and explained everything clearly. What impressed me most was the honesty. They diagnosed the actual issue and gave me a very fair price to fix it. No pressure, no upselling, and no guessing. Just straightforward, professional service. It's hard to find shops that value diagnosing the root cause instead of throwing parts or expensive services at a problem. Because of this experience, I am 100% going to recommend Mike and his shop to all of my friends and family. Thank you for being honest, knowledgeable, and treating customers the right way. Highly recommended.
