When I went to see my old coach back in my hometown, he offered me a free month of workouts for what happened. He rectified a situation that had absolutely nothing to do with him. I went in for a sports massage because I had bad neck pain and migraines, long story short I came out of the place with a worse problem, I could not move my arm and my right thumb was numb. I mentioned it to him right then and there and he said it happens and that it should go away same day. It didn't go away so next day I text him on what I should do and when he was available to fix this problem because I did not have this issue when I went in to see him. He totally ignored my texts and till this day my thumb is still numb and he hasn't took the time to reply back,. Very unprofessional on his part. Do not recommend.
