You might have to wait but normally you can still get a decent workout in during the peak time. Honestly anytime from 7am-3pm you will be able to hit any machine or exercise you want. At least 4 squat racks and 2 barbell bench presses exist. I always get a great workout in quick time with all the machinery and equipment I need. The front desk workers are awesome! Don't hesitate to chat with them. Denise and Iris feel like buddies already. I just met Valentino and they have a good vibe as well. The employees definitely add a great energy to the place.

It didn't go away so next day I text him on what I should do and when he was available to fix this problem because I did not have this issue when I went in to see him. He totally ignored my texts and till this day my thumb is still numb and he hasn't took the time to reply back,. Very unprofessional on his part. Do not recommend. Its now been rundown and has very poor maintenance. For starters, the handicap access to enter the gym doesn't work. You walk in and the staff are always stuck in a group circle discussing god knows what and you have to wait 10minutes to pay for a drink. The worst part however that made me walk out today...THE RESTROOMS.. god I thought public park restrooms were bad, but the restrooms at this location are simply just not safe. Theres always toilet paper on the ground mixed with urine, stall doors don't close right, it's just disgusting. Albeit 80% of this is done by the people that visit this gym, they just follow whats in place. Hike up the rates it's okay but please make the restrooms safe, so many viruses that can be spread this way. Else pass the sticks, let EOS take over or better Equinox and watch the money flow. I bought a buddy pass on sat 8/23 for 10.63 (price of buddy pass monthly) total. on the morning of…read more8/25 i was charged another 9.99 for no reason. I called to dispute the extra charge and was told to wait 30 min for the manager, as i spoke to the manager he also didnt know why i was charged an extra 9.99. I had him refund that as well as cancel the buddy pass. He was in a rush to get me off the phone while i still had questions regarding if i will get an email confirmation or have these refunds and charges documented in which he said within 5-7 business days and that the reason for the rush was the line in front of him. I understand you have a line in front of you, but handle these issues with patience because noone should recieve extra hidden charges that were never approved. Thats why i ended up canceling the buddy pass after requesting the extra charge to be refunded. As a member since early 2000's Im disappointed in 24 not being responsible enough with their billing systems and rushed customer service. Ill be keeping my $5 legacy membership, but you better not charge me more than that nor charge my card for anything else. Im on to yall ***Note to everyone reading this, be vigilant of any extra charges they make on your account. Also the email confirmation didnt even included any details of the refund just a confirmation that the changes were made. i will update this review with any further insight.
