Since I started I have lost a total of 30 lbs combined with nutrition and exercise. All the people that attend the classes are friendly and support one another, I have formed friendships there. Big shoutout to coaches Evelyn and Jorge, thank you for all your support

Starting from the trainers to the members. It's a place where you want to be, where you get to learn the stuff that an average gym does not show you which are the techniques of how to squat, how to use a barbell, how to use a kettlebell, Dumbbells etc, and most importantly how NOT to hurt yourself. We don't have to wait for a new year resolution or body resolution at the beginning of the year. If you want it, do it and don't wait for it any longer!

So when I went to check out the camp which I found by a add on Instagram, I was pulled in by it…read moresaying free 6 week challenge, thinking they were just Abington free classes or something to get you to join the gym , which I was looking to do. It turns out it's far from free and far from what I expected or anticipated. The last 6 weeks of doing the hard body challenge have been, well nothing like I expected. When I went to the first meeting seeing all the things we had to do, like checking in for every visit, leaving reviews, and oh my goodness, the meal plan they give out. I was so discouraged and overwhelmed but I though what the heck I'll do my best and at least I'll be eating better and being active. Long story short, I couldn't believe the results I got in only the first 3 weeks! I had already met the 5% body fat loss goal!! The book and their motto is FTDI, and honestly if you do, I don't know how you wouldn't be able to meet your goal and more. This challenge is not for the weak I will tell you that. Meal prepping was very important. Every night i made my meals for the next day, got up at 6 am and went to do my "homework" weight lifting before my 7 am work out class. The class are tough, but they are fun and can be modified for every and any level your at. If your not leaving their a sweaty mess, then did you even go? Lol I took their AM pill in the morning before class to help with energy and burn fat, then have my breakfast after class, two hours later my protein shake which I make with my Ice coffee , then two hours later I have my lunch followed by two hours later protein shake, and again two hours later dinner, then 2 PM pills before bed to help with sleep and burn fat. And of course lots of water in between mixed with my BCAA watermelon flavor. I will tell you, if you do not have friends and family who support and help you threw this, it will be very hard to eat healthy and constantly the whole time. But don't give up, everyday is a new day to try and do better and be stronger. I 100% recommend doing the 6 week challenge, and I look forward to continuing working out at the camp.

You can wear socks or no socks. ******* Located inside 24 Hour Fitness gym. Just ask the front desk person if 24 Hour that you're here for the kickboxing class. The kickboxing class is just at the entrance on the left side. It was my first time trying this class and it was pretty fun and intense. The class was Power Kickboxing. You either start with weights or kickbox. 1/2 the time was weights and 1/2 time was kickboxing on the bag or kicking stand. There are written exercises on the white board if you forget. The couch, James, went through just the weights and he recommended to start weights if you're new cuz he only goes over weights at the beginning of class. Once you switch he doesn't demo them. You go around each exercising pods in your section then switch to the other side. Even though James didn't go over the punches or kicks, he did demonstrate it to us because this is our first time I we don't know what he's writing on his white board. I was super sweaty by the end of it. It was fun! Good upbeat music to the exercises. There is a water fountain, restroom, but no showers. You can prob use 24 Hour showers in the locker rooms.

Overall Rating: (4/5)…read more The Pros: Equipment, Vibe, and Amenities Having trained for 20 years and worked as a personal trainer in countless facilities over the years, I can be pretty picky when it comes to gym equipment, layout, and overall vibe. This spot genuinely delivers. The gym features a fantastic mix of equipment brands--since every company builds machines a bit differently, having that variety is a huge plus. You'll find specialized pieces here that simply don't exist at standard commercial gyms, and the dumbbells go all the way up to 150 lbs. If I owned a gym myself, this is the exact setup and energy I'd build: *Bodybuilder-Friendly: They have a dedicated posing room, which makes tracking progress photos super convenient. *Content-Creator Welcoming: It's an influencer-heavy spot. They'll lend you a tripod, and if you tag them on Instagram, they repost your stories to help you grow your following. *Great Amenities: Free towel service, private bathrooms with showers, lockers, and an outdoor lifting area that opens at 7 AM. *Third-Party Extras: There's a barbershop right inside the gym and space set aside for wellness vendors (looks like IV/peptide/vitamin infusions). *Bonus Perks: They offer a sauna, Pilates room/classes, and a run club. I don't use those, but it's cool that they offer them. Parking is always easy, and the music stays fresh since it varies depending on who is working. The Drawbacks: Price Point and Staff Turnover The primary reason for the 4-star rating comes down to the price. I was lucky enough to join early and lock in a $50/month rate. However, the current membership has shot up over $200/month. Even with my background, it's hard to justify paying over $200 a month for ANY gym membership. Additionally, the staff can be hit-or-miss, mostly because they seem to suffer from high employee turnover. Timing Note: I train very early at 5 AM, so I beat the rush, though I imagine it gets fairly packed after 6 AM once the peak crowd rolls in. Final Verdict: If you are serious about lifting, love making content, or want top-tier equipment variety, you'll love it here. Just be ready for the premium price tag if you didn't catch the early-bird rate.
