The coaches pay attention to your individual strengths, limitations, and goals instead of taking a one size fits all approach. I have an old knee injury that flares up, and they always help modify movements so I could still safely strengthen the same muscle groups without making the pain worse. All coaches do a great job of making fitness feel approachable instead of overwhelming. I've tried other private gyms in the area before, and the environment here feels completely different. The owners, Coach Ray and Coach Anna, are wonderful to work with and have created such a positive environment for everyone there. The atmosphere is comfortable, encouraging, and never intimidating. All of the members are kind, welcoming, and supportive of one another. The workouts are challenging in the best way, the classes go by fast, and the environment makes it easy to keep showing up. I can't recommend this place enough.

The trainers have been great and helpful. The class is designed to accommodate both beginners, like myself and for the more experienced personnel as well. I have started to lose weight and have started to feel stronger. I highly recommend joining this fitness family club to anyone that is just beginning or have already been training for years.

I originally found this gym because of my trainer, Bob, and I'm so glad I did. Metroflex is definitely old-school but in the best way possible. It's not overcrowded, there's room to actually train, and you're not fighting for equipment like you do at commercial gyms. What I love most is that they literally have everything: powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit-style training, boxing, you name it. No matter what type of training you're into, this gym has the equipment and the space to support it. Coming from a commercial gym where it was always packed, limited machines, and chaotic, this place was a breath of fresh air. The vibe here is different. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and actually there to work. Another huge plus: this gym is always open even on holidays. Hours might be a little shorter on a holiday, but they're still open, which means you can always get your workout in. That alone says a lot about how much they care about their members. It's hard to find a gym that checks all the boxes, but Metroflex really does. If you're serious about training and want a gym that feels like a community instead of a zoo, this is the spot.

There is trash, insect parts (wings and legs of cockroaches), and very large dust balls all over the floor. And the machines are coated in dust. Hardcore doesn't mean filthy.

Vanessa is an incredible coach who genuinely cares about proper form, real progress, and helping you reach your goals...and her music selection is always on point, which keeps every class fun and motivating. On top of that, the community she's built is supportive, welcoming, and uplifting, making it a place you actually look forward to coming back to. You will sweat, you will be challenged, and you will see results.

The coaches a very knowledgeable and they motivate you to do your best every time you work out with them. Each person works out to their comfort level, you push yourself as much as you want. The equipment is on point and they have everything you need to get a full body workout. The prices are reasonable but the best option is the year cocommitment for $39/week. This challenges you to make yourself accountable and remind you that the best ininvestment you can make is in yourself. The best part is that if you want to take it to the next level, they offer a healthy meal plan service as well. As an added bonus, they host various social events at breweries and other locations and will be doing group hikes starting this weekend.
