We love our Travel Trailer! We would never purchase or take our unit into this company. 1. When we purchased and traded in our old unit we had issues with them paying off the loan. It took months and email/phone reminders that I am still being invoiced for payments. 2. We had an agreement about a certain receiver hitch at the time of purchase, they sent us the wrong one, we sent it back, received a second one that also was the wrong size my husband made it work and was able to figure something out. :( 3. Exactly one year after the purchase the units refrigerator goes out and calls a Code 10. We are on our way out camping going to be driving right by the place on a Wednesday. We call them to see if we could stop in and have them look at it and order the warranty repair, and were told we had to make an appointment for a week and a half out. Were told it would take about an hour to look at it and start the warranty papers. But not get it repaired because they would have to order the part and get approval on the warranty. That could of been done the week prior. Today was our appointment at 11am we would of left the house at 7am to get up there for the appointment. Due to the fires in Ca. we called and cancelled the appointment yesterday. 9am this morning they called and told us that it was going to take at least eight hours for them to LOOK at the unit. We would of been over half way there when we received this call had we not cancelled yesterday. PLUS they have the most unprofessional crew that do not communicate with each other. They never cancelled the appointment, they never informed the service department. I would never purchase a unit here again, I will never have them do any service repairs there ever. They act like they don't want to do any customer service after you make the unit purchase. Very unprofessional CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will also be notifying Jayco about this , because if you don't want to do the work, maybe Jayco should consider if they want you to be a Dealer for them! read more

Outstanding service, we blew up a wheel bearing on our travel trailer between rest area and gas station in Anderson, outside of Redding, CA. Hobbled to B&B RV Center they got us back on the road with understanding, compassion within reasonable time, with reasonable price. Mr. Calab was very informative on process. So was other service advisers. We where heading to Vernonia, Oregon to a weekend celebration and had reservations at different locations all the way. Hi Brad, It was good to see you the other day, and thank you and your team again for a nice experience when I purchased the Imagine in January of this year. I have over 800 miles with her already and some great memories. She has been in the shop after her first shakedown cruise for a water leak under the shower, not a big deal! I discovered a water leak under the bathroom sink on this last trip, the thermostat was not working correctly and Anderson hitch plate "bent" once again not a big deal to me because everything is covered. So, I called while on trip and scheduled an appointment for service. The date for service appointment was 02-13-18, I thought great! I was coming back and I'll drop her off instead of putting into storage. I filled out the drop off envelope on Sunday, which is a nice service and received a call from a nice gentlemen on Monday morning going over the work that I listed. Besides the warranty work I had a few aftermarket items (slide topper, wi-fi booster and hose caddy I wanted installed. He asked If I needed ASAP?I said no not for a couple weeks, great pickup by 02-28-18. I called back on Tuesday morning and spoke with Josh, who by the way I feel has a good customer service presence about him. I explained to him that I just spoke with GD about the stabilizer jacks that people have been complaining about on Face Book. It seems GD knows they have a problem with the 2500lB jacks loosening up and so if you contact them they will replace them with 5000lb one's. The customer service Rep from GD told me since the trailer was in the shop and I had no idea what type I had to just have them "B&B RV" take a picture of the sticker on one of the jacks and contact them "GD" and they will send out the new ones if needed to be installed by shop or I could do it. Josh said no problem we'll take care of that also. So about 10 to 15 minutes later I received a call from the service manager. He asked if I had talked with Josh about the Jack issue which I confirmed I did and explained it to him what it was and what GD told me to do. He said he's never heard of the problem nor has been notified by GD about it! Which then, I told him "I'm notifying him"!. At which point the conversation went even more sideways, I also confirmed the other item on the work order. He went on about he wished I would have contacted him before GD and NOW it's going to cost him more time playing catch up! At that point I did not say anything and there was a long silent pause then he stated that something about picking it up on the 28th. I said thank you and hung up. Let me be clear why I'm writing to you Brad. It's not for the trailer being in the shop for warranty work twice within a couple months of purchase, It's the disrespect and tone of the service manager on the phone. I've never had a professional person talk to me like that before, nor will I stand for it! As you know, I came down on Saturday and picked up the non warranty items out of my trailer and plan on having them installed elsewhere. I called and spoke with Josh Monday morning and asked him to remove the non warranty items from the work order and confirmed due date. I will contact GD again and take care of the stabilizer jacks. My wife and I were looking for a new camp trailer. We just sold or 2008 jayco,and thought it was a great, quality trailer...let's get another one.we headed to Anderson ca and looked at trailers w our sales woman amanda.she was great.we finally decided on a 24ft jayco white hawk.spose to be the high-end jayco.we got it home and headed out for a quick camp in it. imeditly we started having problems.steps almost fell off.numerous bolts were loose underneath it.bed was crooked on the frame above the couch.outlets kept popping,door would not stay shut driving down the freeway,trim was falling down in a couple places,shelves we're broke in outside kitchen (which was in operable because of outlets malfunctioning), GFI would not reset,DVD/stereo kept malfunctioning, speakers sounded blown when turned up, thermostat malfunctioning,plenty of things failing and falling apart. We have had our trailer for around 6 months,and it has been in the shop over half that time.on 3 different occasions.needless to say,we are very dissatisfied. Now on to B&B rv .it's one thing to get a "lemon" of a trailer..it happens.but the shop personal and management leave something to be desired. I never received the promised follow up phone calls to let me know the status of my trailer.i was promised my trailer in a week,which turned into a month.i kept getting empty promise's and excuses.i finally get it back with about half the stuff fixed.we head out to Disney Land,and have nothing but trouble with the trailer. So when we get back,it goes back in the shop with a bunch of problem again. And again ,no phone calls,or contact about the trailer the whole time.im told it's ready finally and get put off another few days because some items were not fixed.then I get a green light,it's ready for get it..I get there,and still not ready,or cleaned.so I wait over a hour and a half to get it,and again, empty im sorrys,and excuses...I get it home and find a couple screws in my tires,and batteries that don't hold a charge. Now I'm dealing with B&B rv manager brad.he I talked to him about the trailer and tell him how until happy we are.i told him how long the trailer has been in shop,all the problems,and this trouble with management.how vacations have been altered because of this shotty trailer. He "seemed" to genuinely care.he said we can trade it in on a new trailer,or towards another one,and call it a wash.well I get there to look at the inventory,and it's barely bones.we look at a trailer to maybe trade,and he tells me he can only give me 22k on my 31k trailer,ant is less than 6 months old,and half that time it's been in on repairs.iwould lose my $3700 down payment,+ 6 months of payment on trailer,and he gets a "brand new" trailer..he said he was willing to take a loss,as long as the customer is happy.now how is getting a trailer for 10k less than new taking a loss? I lose over 5k out of pocket.he gets a new trailer to sell again,and I lose money....but he's willing to work with me...so I inquire about a new trailer,same model and make.he says he doesn't show one on order,and he will call jayco to see when the trailer will be manufactured again,and he will be in touch.2 weeks go by,and I call a couple of times in between,leave a message on a machine,and with reception.no call back.i finally get through today(feb25)and he said he forgot about it ...sorry.i made a mistake.again more empty excuses.we end up having a very heated conversation,and I just end with chalk it up with a very expensive lesson learned. Well as I'm writing this review,I get a call from Brad,and he tells me he found a trailer like mine.he is willing to offer a little more for my trade in,and sell me the other for the same price.its a different trailer,(has a table and chairs instead of a booth) and he wants same price.i loose my down payment,and about 5k in trade in loss. I can't afford to do that,I informed him I'm writing my review as we speak,and then all of a sudden he is willing to renew the warranty and batteries if I not only don't write a bad review,but write a positive review....you can't be serious Brad. How I was treated as a customer,over and over from management is under acceptable.(also,when I first got my trailer home the day I picked it up,they forgot to leave the keys in it.i was leaving 1st thing in the morning for petaluma.they told me I was welcome to come get them...they couldn't bring them to me.excuse after excuse..so, along with trying to get packed for our trip,I finally convinced them to meet me halfway...I guess that was my bad,I should have checked for keys.) To me,I wouldn't be in business if I treated customers this way,and I would be very embarrassed to have to keep on lying, saying sorry,and keep on making up excuses.i know it's hard work to follow through with promise's,and do the job thourghly,but at least you can hold your head up high at the end of the day. read more

My husband and I purchased a fifth wheel about a year ago from B&B in Anderson, Ca. I can't believe how time flies when your having fun going places and seeing such beautiful sights. I just want to say our experience from the time we entered the doors until we signed the purchase papers was outstanding. We bought used but in good condition, and they still went through and fixed any small repairs. They even replaced the radio/cd player because the flap wouldn't close. They were fast at getting it ready for us to take home. I'm a waitress at a near by restaurant and I've sent out of town people who are in a bind to B&B. I know they'll take good care of them. After many hours of research, we were ready to buy our first travel trailer. We decided to stop here first and were very happy to see that there was a fantastic selection of trailers on the lot. We were paired up with Tony to help us out. Tony is friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable, and was happy to take us through several trailers so we could get a lay of the proverbial land. As first time trailer buyers, we had a lot of questions about how the different brands compare to each other. We really felt like Tony was honest with us about the quality and craftsmanship of the products (and the competition). Because he was able to really understand what we were looking for, we were able to find the perfect trailer for us. I would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a friendly, informative, no-pressure experience. We also noticed the store has lots of great merchandise for RVs also! I bought an RV in Nov 2016 from B&B RV. The day we picked it up, the brakes didn't feel like they were engaging properly. B&B assured us they were, and what we felt was normal. After driving it for awhile, the brakes still didn't seem like they were engaging, and we took it back, asking them to check the brakes. They said they checked and everything was fine. Two more times we took it in for them to check the brakes, and each time they said everything looked good. Recently we discovered a disconnected brake wire to the rear axle and found the brake drums and calipers were completely flooded with grease. There was so much lubrication, the brakes were unable to engage. They were completely non-functional, and had been since they day we drove it off the lot. Twice we took our RV tire in because it wasn't holding air. Each time they told us they took the tire to Les Schwab and there was no sign of a leak or puncture. After the second time when it was back down to 0 psi 48 hours later, I called Les Schwab myself. They had no record of B&B taking my tire in the day they told me they did. They flat out lied about that. I took it in myself, and 15 min later they pulled a nail from the tire and repaired it. The tire has been fine ever since. I could go on and on with individual instances of negligence, neglect, laziness, and deceit. The bottom line... don't buy from this dealer and don't take your RV here for servicing. read more

Absolutely wonderful experience here! We were on the road, stopped in at 8 am with a broken converter (electric appliance). They immediately diagnosed the problem, found a replacement part in stock, and had it replaced in less than an hour. They even accepted our extended warranty coverage and charged us only the deductible. Wish they were in Florida! read more

My husband and I purchased a 2019 Jayco travel trailer back in July of this year. My husband uses the trailer since he works out of town a majority of the year. In October the water heater went out, the black water valve started leaking, and the Bluetooth radio was not working. We took the trailer in on October 27th and told them we need it no later then December 1st since my husband is going to be further away from home. The service agent told us no worries that was more then enough time. No one from the service department had called to give us an update and getting ahold of anyone in that department is the act of the lord. I left several messages with no call back. So today on my lunch break I drove down to Anderson mind you I work in another town, to get some answers. They haven't even looked at my trailer yet! They told me with the recent fires in NorCal they haven't worked on anyone's trailers for 2 weeks. 1st off you should have the called the customers who had trailers sitting there to be worked on. 2nd why hadn't my trailer even been diagnosed yet?. 3rd this is my husband's home. I feel for the people who lost theirs but this is my husbands home too. My husband has been driving back and forth for a month, tired as all get out cause he has to drive 3 plus hours each way to get home. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The managers keep explaining to me the warranty process with Jayco I get that, but it shouldn't take no month to do this. My husband and I are fed up. read more

I purchased a 2011 Jayco fifth wheel, and we love it. We purchased it from the original owner who purchased it new from B&B RV. He spoke very highly of them, and when it came time for the end of season service to be done on it, I did not hesitate to take it back to B&B for service. When I scheduled the service appointment, they told me that they have a standard end of season service package, and it sounded reasonable. I asked that some additional services be performed while it was in the shop; upgrade the kitchen faucet, add an additional laundry basket, and pack the wheel bearings. The day before our first trip of the year, after having the services done by B&B, we were loading up the rig and I found that the left bowl of the kitchen sink was cracked. Upon examination, I found that the crack originated from under the drain basket. It appears that when the faucet was installed, they removed the drainpipe under the sink to get to the water lines for the faucet. When they replaced the drainpipes, the nut that holds the drainpipe to the drain basket was over-tightened and cracked the thin plastic sink. Nothing I could do about this at the last minute, so off we went with a half functioning sink. Unfortunately it gets worse. When we arrived at our first stop, we tied into the water service and I discovered that the water line connecting the new faucet to the trailer supply line was leaking. It turns out that they never put Teflon tape around the faucet water line, nor was there any pipe dope used. There was nothing done to seal the connection between the faucet water line to the trailer water supply line. I installed some Teflon tape and that seemed to slow the leak. The leak was slowed enough that I could put a bowl under the connection to catch the drip and prevent damage to the under sink shelf. This was not the only leak in the sink. It turns out that when they reattached the drainpipe to the right sink tub drain basket they never used any sealant or gasket, and the drain leaked like a sieve. I pulled the drain apart, used some plumber's putty and Teflon tape and it sealed well enough to get us through the trip with the use of drip pan under it. The door for the laundry basket took an inordinate amount of time to get back from Jayco; not B&B's fault. Eventually B&B got it installed. Unfortunately, B&B did not properly install the laundry basket, and the frame around the basket fell apart. Upon examination I discovered that the cabinet frame was not properly attached and reinforced; simply sloppy workmanship. When I was finally able to communicate with B&B, they told me that they cold not send anyone out to fix the problems, but that they would be glad to look into the issues when I bring the rig back to them. Mind you, we are on the coast in Fort Bragg for 2 weeks. When I spoke with them about the issues, they started to do the oh shit shuffle and try to make excuses as to why these problems were not theirs. One excuse was that the trailer sat for 4 months between the end of the year service and the first trip out. When I explained that the sink and water lines had not leaked since they day it was first bought in 2011, they did not respond. They tried to blame the issues on my not inspecting their work to ensure that the connections were properly tightened. They tired to say that the drains were never disconnected to install the new faucet; but that is very unlikely because an individual would need to have Plastic Man's elastic superpowers to wind around the plumbing and up behind the sink to get to the faucet connections. I was told by B&B that they checked and charged the batteries during the service. I could not understand why the batteries would not hold a charge. It turns out that the wrong sized batteries were placed in the rig, and one of them was dead and boiling over. Additionally, the blade fuse connecting the batteries to the solar panels (which were installed by them) was blown. None of the was disclosed to me by B&B even after they checked and serviced the batteries. Why would they not report these problems? How could they miss them? I would have had them serviced. I will not go back, and I will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Gander would not honor the sale price for a tailgater advertised in their May sales event catalog. I called Gander on my break at work to make sure they still had this item in stock and still on sale for $179: they did but he told me to check Camping World first and if they were out he (Gander employee) would be happy to help me. He said to get the sales price he would need to return the tailgater to Camping World and then Camping World could sell it to me. We go down right after work, Camping World was sold out so we go next door to Gander and they have it. Gander employee say's it will cost over $300, I show him the add, he calls his manager and his manager say's the same thing. He calls Camping World and they say it can't be returned to them. I'm thinking.... Why not? Camping World bought Gander so what is the problem? We were given a rain-check, good for 30 day's. Checked with Camping World/Gander head quarters and was told there wouldn't be any in stock until mid July. False Advertising? Faulty information? Why couldn't the guy just say he wouldn't honor the sales price when I called? read more

Traveling through the area in a 34 ft motorhome, heading to Arizona for 3 months when we stopped for the night at Rolling Hills Casino. After hooking up water connection had no water flowing into coach. Called B&B R V Center and was told to bring it in. Service department took it right in as soon as we arrived. Discovered the problem and repaired it in an hour and we were back on the road with smiles on our faces. The tech Robert and Mark who did the paper work were so professional and helpful, can't say enough good about their operation. Would recommend their service department highly to anyone needing help. My husband and I were on our 2nd day, of a five month tour of the US, in our Motorhome, when the engine died. We had driven from Tacoma, WA and got as far as Redding, CA. After asking around, we were told that B & B RV Center in Anderson, CA, was the place for RV repairs. The staff at B & B, including the service technicians and the sales staff, were so very helpful. Jack Barker, the service manager, was incredibly caring and understanding. When they didn't have the part that was needed and would arrive the next day, they allowed us to stay on their property, hooking our RV to their water and power. This saved us from having to get a hotel room with our four dogs. read more

Just purchased a Grand Design Reflection from B&B......what a great experience!! Marshall, Karl, Chuck, Glen made the buying experience absolutely wonderful. Fast and easy. Chris in the service depart is simply not getting paid for what he is worth... Employees like that are invaluable!! He made us feel so comfortable with the trailer we bought during the walk thru and setting up of the fifth wheel hith to make the unit ride safe. Bought a used hitchhiker 28.5 foot 5th wheel. Unit leaked water through the AC right off the bat. Took it back. They say they sealed it and did a pressure test. 7 months later it rains again. Unit pours water through the AC again and even fills up the slide out ceiling. Floor rots out even after tarping it for the winters. Still leaks through other avenues . Unit is worthless. Spent 6 grand on junk. they are very helpful when you drive up but not very good at fixing leaks. I'd recommend going next door to Camping world. read more

Just passing through town and we stayed at a RV park just few miles down. I noticed a small leak around the coupler after dumping both black/gray tanks. Stopped by B&B and a service tech came out and fixed it right there. I thought I would have to wait few hours and messed up my travel schedule. No, he took care of it. Since it was jus reposition the pipe and coupler, the service advisor didn't charge me for it. People tend to complaints when things don't go right. I thought I need to share this when things do go right! read more

Wow! What can I say? I am sure that Camping World will make changes to this terrible service company since it now owns B&B. Oh, don't get me wrong; they were great at selling us our new Mallard trailer in April of 2019... But if you happen to get Chris to follow up on parts or service that needs to be done on your new product; you might as well forget get about ever getting anything resolved. Unreturned phone calls and lies are her way of resolving your inquiries. My resolution to getting 2 small parts that were promised to me in writing by B&B and never fulfilled was to complain to Heartland (the manufacturer) who was great at sending the needed parts and is setting us up with an alternative dealer to service our needs. My advice to anyone interested in products that B&B RV represent is to find another dealer. We love our Heartland Mallard M27 but truly wish we would have bought from anyone but B&B RV! read more

I'm rating this company with two stars ONLY for my sales associate. He was wonderful...everything after this went terrible. We bought a 2019 never used camper with high expectations of being able to use it to its fullest capacity. We were wrong. The first day we took it home nothing worked regarding the LP system...so no fridge, no hot water. We did a walk through and was told that it all worked. Besides the fact that it wasn't fully ready to be taken of the lot they have had it in the service department for over two weeks. Well guess what? Parts came in and it's been sitting waiting to be picked up...NO ONE CALLED and when I called the service guy kept saying he was waiting for parts. He slipped up today when I called and said I wanted it back parts or not. VERY unhappy with the service department. read more

I bought my trailer from Gander RV a few months back and while it wasn't the most smoothest, they have continued to treat me with professionalism and good service. For example, a few weeks back my wife were about to take our trailer up to a local lake when I noticed the tow ball on our hitch was a bit loose. I drove down to Gander and spoke with the Saturday Manager, Jason. He didn't waste any time to try and help me. At the time there was no service tech in shop so Jason called up the local Camping world and arranged for me to take it over there to fix the hitch. He went with me and touched base their manager (gosh, I forget his name but a shout out to Camping World Sales manager on Saturday Oct 19) and they fixed the problem right then. In my opinion they went way out of their way to accommodate my situation. Gander RV and their staff (including Camping World) serve lots of credit. You can trust them to sell you a good trailer and be responsive to your concerns after purchase. read more

Went to look at trailers and met Mark, what a great salesperson...it had to be over 100 degrees, but he was as calm and absolutely no pressure and just kept showing us RV's. We found one that fit us perfectly and we filled out the paper work and easy breezy with Chad we had a deal. They worked their magic and had our trailer prep'd and ready to go in 3 days!!! I took my fifth wheel trailer to have a few items fixed. The trailer sat in there lot for a month and a half, before they could get to it. During that time, my batteries went totally dead. They tried to sell me new batteries, but I bought them somewhere else for less than half of their price and installed them myself. In addition, a couple of minor repairs on the inside where not done properly, but I was charged for them. It's not worth my effort to haul my trailer back to B&B and have them make the repairs. I am very disappointed, and will not return to B&B, even to have the repairs corrected. read more

Where do I start. Not only does the left side of the kitchen sink leak underneath, but the water supply line to the exterior sink started leaking very bad. I bought the demonstrator model and I believe the constant opening/closing of the exterior sink/outdoor burners drawer caused the water supply line to perforate (bad design). The 12 volt system does not work when the unit is not plugged into an electrical source. The breaker/electrical panel under the refrigerator has breaker switches that move completely out of place when switched on/off. To make matters worse no authorized service provider near southwest San Mateo County has time to make the necessary repairs (4-9 months out). Called Brad and Zach several times and not only were they unable to help (or call back) they are purposely dragging their feet processing my refund of their useless extended warranty. Do not go to B & B rv. They will do whatever it takes to sell you an rv, but they will become useless when it comes to service/repair (you will need help due to the poor workmanship of their products). He started to tell me what I need to buy, what I should be looking for and that 'He was the expert' and he knew best. What an idiot. Because of his arrogance and rude approach I would never by anything at B & B. We left...not end of story. Went on-line and found dealers in Sacto and Fresno with much better prices. B &B provided us with phenomenal service from start to finish. Zach patiently spent hours with us telling us the ins and outs of each RV and never pressured us into anything. He was very knowledgeable and the service didn't stop there but continued until we pulled our new first ever RV out of the lot...we had visited other dealers previously but would recommend B&B every time! Horrible experience. Our slideout seized in Oregon. Had to manually get it closed. Took it to B&B RV. Later they called me to say they checked it several times and it worked fine. Went to pick it up and the batteries were dead so I couldn't check it. Then they handed me the keys, and one key was broke off. They told me thst was common and gave me a replacement key. Went home recharged the batteries only to find the slideout still didn't work. Went to a competitor and they immediately realized the motherboard of the slideout had shorted out and replaced it. Works great now. Just arrived in Moab and found out the half broken key was stuck in the fuel station. They broke it and didn't tell me. Now I have to call a locksmith. Don't onow why they even needed to go into fuel station. Maybe to repair the siding that they didn't do correctly the first time. Very disappointed. :( read more

We bought our Jayco from this dealership in June 2016, from a wonderful salesman named Mike, just wished we could say the same about the service department! We have a 2 year warranty, but it does little good when you have plans to travel and things can't get fixed! You call to tell them the problem, they claim things have to get ordered, and that they will call you when it comes on, wait 2 weeks, no call back, call them again and you hear "oh.. that's right, well we have to order it" WHAT!? You said you did that 2 weeks ago, this is the same story over and over. We just now called about a medicine cabinet that was ordered twice, it was supposed to be here, and was told it is only a 2 hour job (never heard back from them) we are leaving for 7 month journey in a week, we called service, today... guess what they said, sorry we are busy till after Thanksgiving! So we can't get work done and our warranty will expire by the time we get back... they are horrible wouldn't buy another rig from them if I can help it due to their crappy service department! read more

My wife and I bought a trailer from here what appeared to be a nice 26 ft pioneer toy hauler in mid July upon pickup of our 2019 trailer they let us know that the awning motor did not work and that the new one was ordered and on its way upon such information I demanded the new part and it's installation be added to the contract. We were going on vacation and let them know the day of return on July 29th as they said they would contact us upon the parts arrival. August 7 I believe was the first time I called and was only able to reach the receptionist and she had me leave a message with the service department. I've been calling now for a month I've called at least 10 times leaving messages with service desk and 2 with managers I received 1 voicemail from josh which according to reviews on here is there good service member about 2 weeks ago and have not had any call backs messages etc. starting to believe I need to call a lawyer. read more

Will NEVER deal with them again. My dad just bought a new toy hauler there. My dad is 93 and they said they would deliver it to him, he lives over 100 miles north of them. After he sent them a cashiers check for the total amount they said he had to come to the dealer for a walk through. Then we we were told we get a $200 credit as we just wrote a $30,000 check for the toy hauler. Well that ended up being a $25.00 credit. We gave them pictures of our 2004 26 foot travel trailer for a trade in. We brought the trailer down to trade in and they said it was worth nothing and if we still wanted the toy hauler we would have to pay an addition $3000. We ended up pulling our trailer back 130 miles back home. I live east of Stockton ca and drove to Etna to get dad and the trade in then back to Anderson and back to Etna then home in Two days over 1000 miles because they would not do what they said and deliver the you hauler to dad and have him sign the papers for the already paid for toy hauler. read more

6 weeks and 2k to have a generator not get fixed and break down less than 5 miles out of town. me thinks camping world next door would be a better place to visit read more
