We SO appreciate Ken starting his day a little early to come out and diagnose our issue and get us in the road!

Stacy Rutledge in finance seems to be dodging calls and not returning messages. After explaining…read morethe circumstances, I asked the receptionist if I could hold until she was free and was flat out told no, I would have to leave another message since "Stacy is busy." I guess if you aren't actively making a purchase, your calls no longer matter. I was able to instantly get a hold of finance before our purchase closed. I live about 5 hours away and work full time so really can't swing a quick pop-in, but might have to find an excuse to travel to Anderson to have my questions addressed. Maybe someone will get back to me after this review since nothing else seems to be working. Aside from this weeks-long run-around, the rest of my experience was great. Spencer in sales was awesome and worked quickly to help us with our purchase, always responded to our questions - even if he didn't have an answer at the moment, and really went out of his way in providing excellent customer service. Spencer gets 5-stars!

Steve Glarson was our salesman. He got my mom an umbrella and proceeded to show us what was on the lot. The options we were showed were phenomenal and so much more than we dreamed for ourselves. The possibilities and adventures flowing through minds. We left there with so much to think about and can't wait to purchase our new travel trailer soon. And hope to have Steve as our salesman when we do pull that trigger! Thanks for the experience, we will definitely be back when were more serious buyers!

I looked in the dictionary, a thesaurus and several classic novels and could not find the words to…read moredescribe my good fortune in ending up at All Wheel RV Repair. I experienced damage to a wheel hub on my dual axle trailer in Ashland OR. Had a shop there install brakes all around while they were repairing it. Heading back home to the Bay Area, by the time I got to Mt. Shasta another hub was heating up. I spoke to Troy, a mobile mechanic in Weed. He was booked and, lacking other options in the area, I decided to limp down to civilization (Redding) where my odds of finding help would increase. Troy referred me to All Wheel. Four hours and 65 miles later, I limped into their lot, hoping against hope for an appointment sometime in the next week. I spoke to Rizzy, an outstanding gentleman with a heart of gold. Much to my surprise, within a short time he had Brian inspecting all of my axles. As it was late in the day, we decided it would be best to finish in the morning. As others have mentioned, I was graciously offered the option to spend the night, which I gladly accepted. Throughout the process they kept me in the loop as to what they were doing to diagnose and eventually fix the problem. They found two issues that the previous shop was responsible for, and by noon the next day I was heading back home to the Bay Area. I could not have asked for better service. The level of professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend these folks for your repair and maintenance needs. Thanks Rizz!

My son, his cat, my two dogs, and I moved into this park at the end of September 2024…read more We love it here! Sometimes the water issue can be frustrating, but it's being fixed. The park was built in the 80's with only one shutoff valve, which means when there is an issue, the whole park gets shut off. The maintenance team is working on installing more in the park as time allows. We have had some nasty storms that have required some cleanup. We usually keep about two gallons of water on hand for watering the furbabies, drinking, flushing, and washing hands. (My old park would have water shutoffs all the time, with no concrete plans to update the 1950's infrastructure.) The things we love the most about being here are how quiet it is, especially since we're at the end of our road, the trails that my dogs love, and the critters we come across on walks such as tree squirrels, black butterflies that are everywhere right now, birds, sometimes I even hear a Great Horned Owl in the trees overhead in the wee hours of the morning. (In perimenopause, awake when I don't want to be is a thing that happens due to that lol.) We have even gotten courtesy texts about bringing in awnings when the wind is about to pick up. The full bathrooms are a lifesaver when there are camper plumbing issues, the pool is an even bigger lifesaver in the hot months, and the full kitchen in the clubhouse has allowed me to bake a turkey two Thanksgivings in a row now. 99% of the people who live here are very friendly and happy to be here. Of course there's always at least one or two people who will complain about everything. The PG&E rates for full-timers can be hard, as they are for everyone on PG&E, but corporate is great about reviewing and approving requests for shades and things that can be installed to help mitigate the power usage in hot months. I just ordered one two days ago that I will have installed on my roof, that my old park rejected. Ruthie, the property manager, is very knowledgeable and helpful when I have questions. I can't say enough about how much we love it here.
