Your package had not been scanned since the 10th, I asked why the email said it was out for delivery? No response. UPS, I'm switching to FedEx. The customer service people had an another person call me the next The person told me that they either gave my package it to the wrong person, it was stolen, I asked her why they would say it is going to be delivered the next day? UPS rep very kindly replied, to get you off the phone. I called Costco, they immediately replaced the airbuds and had them delivered by Instacart.

This Staples is smaller than the ones I've visited in the past. Anyway, I perused the inside perimeter before going to the aisle that had food trays. I didn't see anything that was desirable to my eyes. Hence, I said enough is enough lets get to the purpose of my visit. I walked to the aisle that had the food trays. Unfortunately, they did not have the ones I was looking for. They had the Rubbermaid brand though... these were almost double the price of the eco brand. No cigar and that's okay. I left without buying anything. This is the last time I would look for the eco brand. They just don't sell them anymore. Thank you anyway! Since I didn't buy anything, I didn't cross path with any staff, hence, I don't have any comments on them. The only reason why I gave them a 3 star is because they didn't carry the item I was looking for. It's just fair.

I waited in line, asked the teller if she could check the back for me, she told me that "delivered" means it is simply in the building and that I should come back at a later time.. My tracking says for one, delivered to AV Post Office, and the second is "delivered" Now, "delivered" means it's ready for pickup in my mind. She couldn't clear up whatever misunderstanding there might be but shooed me away instead. Doesn't apply to all employees at this post office, but some are simply unprofessional.
