You don't even try to accommodate me in anyway so keep lying keep talking lies. That's a damn shame. So I'm so sorry you guys think "hell" is such a bad word. I would've even waited . But you guys just immediately canceled on me. It seemed like you really wanted to get out of there. It was close to the end of your hours at the salon. Either way, it was extremely unprofessional and instead of accommodating me by having me go to another stylist you guys just canceled my appointment. Very unprofessional they do not communicate well with their clients. I'd recommend a more established place that cares more about their customers and clients. The very first thing said to me when I answered was, "You missed your appointment," in an incredibly rude and condescending tone. I wasn't even given the opportunity to explain the situation before being interrupted and argued with. What makes this even more frustrating is that if the receptionist had simply been kind and professionally explained the cancellation policy, or stated that they had not received any indication that I was canceling, I would have completely understood and comfortably obliged. I am not someone who argues policies -- I understand that when you sign up for something, you agree to those terms. However, it was the rude, disgusting, "mean girl" tone from the very beginning that completely set the narrative for the entire conversation. The behavior and attitude I experienced were unbelievably unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile toward someone who was once a prospective client. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because their products and sometimes services can be a bit pricey, but with salons I feel like you get what you pay for, so I keep going back PROS: -Currently remodeled, very nice -A lot of the stylists and spa therapists are highly skilled and experienced -One of the only places that I know of that offers eye brow tinting, which I do religiously! -Convenient location -Schedules are very accommodating and they are very willing to work with you if you have to cancel -Friendly staff -You get some (only a bit, but it still counts) money off of products for buying other products and services (I think it has to accumulate) CONS: -Products are expensive, but I'm not sure how much control they have over that -The stylists costs are more expensive the more experienced they are (but I think that's typical for salons?) -Can be kind of noisy in the actual salon -Some stylists have limited availability

I was really nervous about getting my hair cut but she was just fantastic! Not only did she go slow and make sure everything was okay with me - she had great suggestions and was also really entertaining. :) Hair cut was $45 - no washing, etc. It wasn't even needed though - she did an awesome job just using the hair dryer and a brush! The salon itself is small but very nice on the inside. The parking lot and waiting area were a decent size. The building was also very clean and neat. From the looks of it, the other stylists do a great job as well. Amber is my new favorite though, so I will certainly be back to her! :)

This little salon is tucked in along West Loveland and is in my mind one of my best kept secrets! The place is kept very clean and decorated pretty cool. Greg does my hair and he is also the salon owner. He always does a fabulous job on my hair. I came here after 3 years of not having a haircut (due to previous experiences at other salons) I trusted Greg would listen to me and do a good job and he came through and always has since then. The salons prices are really affordable although he does not provide a menu which I have suggested that he do. I don't think that they take walk ins here. They have kind of weird hours so I would definitely suggest calling.
