I had a Fighting Irwin and it was pretty good. The downside was that the bartender was more into the conversation with the regulars than checking on other people. They have the beers (16 on tap tonight), the events, the food trucks, the atmosphere. Everything here is exactly what I look for in a brewery. My only disappointment is that they discontinued flights, but they're always willing to let you sample brews, and for me, that's a great alternative and a great opportunity to try their brews. And one burger was missing bacon. The amount of blue cheese crumbles and caramelized onions was minuscule. The burger patties themselves are unseasoned, so the toppings are key. Overall, it's a decent burger and I like their fries, but it's hard to overlook the mistakes with our ordering, especially when we were overcharged because of it.
