We had another company's plumber snake the bathtub, but unfortunately, it didn't solve the problem. The person who showed up wasn't a plumber, but he assured me he'd get me an appointment with one, but not until the next day! He said I definitely had an appointment for the next day, even though he "couldn't verify the time." I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Stupid me. Now it's the next day, and the office has "no record" of an appointment request! Of course, I had to listen to the endless ass-kissing of their AI "assistant" about what a terrible inconvenience this must be and how "she" would do everything in "her" power to assuage my frustration. Blow me. Not only does this outfit charge ridiculous fees for straightforward work but also the company has no respect for when a customer needs to speak to a human being. I hope their investment in AI doesn't cost more than the amount of business they will certainly lose, mine included. Any human being could do better! PS Oh, and I discovered THREE different office phone numbers, all of which connected me to their insipid, sycophantic bot.

It's hard to find a good plumber who you really know you can trust, but Tony goes above and beyond. I'd give him and his crew 10 stars if I could!
