I had gotten several estimates/quotes from other plumbing companies who all told me I'd need to replace the ENTIRE thing. I called on The Meticulous Handyman and one of his team members came out and reattached the sink to the counter saving me probably hundreds of dollars. Apparently this is a common problem! He was also friendly, very meticulous and just did a great job (no problems since then). I would recommend this business to anyone!

I've had bad experiences with prior repair people asking if I'm single or prying, which is absurd and unprofessional. Not only was The Meticulous Handyman professional but they were meticulous as promised. I had a long "to do" list of projects ranging from fixing sinks to aligning sagging shower doors to replacing light fixtures. Gary not only handled everything but he did a phenomenal job of multi tasking and juggling multiple projects at once. He had a run or two to a hardware store for materials but it was efficient and he didn't overcharge. I've recommended them to my neighbors and plan to have them back again soon. This was the best thing I've done for myself lately.

He showed up on time each day, took his time, and paid close attention to every detail. We really appreciated how professionally he handled the situation. The quality of his work is excellent--you can't even tell where the repairs were made! He truly treats your home as if it were his own. He also went above and beyond by giving us helpful home maintenance tips that weren't even related to the siding work. We're very happy with the results and highly recommend Brendan and Your Carpenter Friend to anyone looking for a skilled, honest, and dependable carpenter.

Replacing just the slabs takes quite a bit of precision and skill, so I was really glad they were willing to take this project on. There was some confusion at the beginning around scheduling, but once I brought it up, they adjusted quickly. Samuel then took over the project, and that really changed the experience for the better. We also ran into a misunderstanding around the scope of work and an additional cost that initially felt much higher than expected, to the point where I was considering cancelling the project. Samuel took the time to listen to my concerns, work through everything with me, and come up with a fair price. When the final scope ended up being a little less than anticipated, he even reduced the price further, which I really appreciated. He also sent two technicians to make up for the initial delay and get the work completed quickly. The doors turned out great, and the job was finished much faster than I expected. What could have been a frustrating experience was completely turned around by Samuel's responsiveness, patience, and willingness to find a fair solution. I would definitely recommend Proper Hour Home Service, especially for their technical skill and the way they handled an issue when it came up.
