Fantastic Recommendation for Dr. Marks. After having been a patient for over 10 years, I can only provide the most positive of recommendations. Dr. Marks takes great pride in providing very personalized attention to every patient. He is technically proficient as well as possessing great engineering skills (critical when building something as complicated as a tooth) with artistic skills for those concerned about aesthetics. Recently, I had 25 year bonding replaced with a porcelain crown . At first, I was concerned about having to do three appointments for the crown, but quickly realized that Dr. Marks was as concerned as me, if not more so, about the final outcome being perfect. His staff is always well-trained, pleasant and most of all, gentle. His office manager, Kim, calls at least once, but often twice to confirm appointments, which makes my hectic schedule much easier to manage. Rarely, if ever, does she make a mistake on appointments, insurance, billing or follow-up, which is welcome in this age of chaotic schedules. If you want a welcoming office, come here. Dr. Marks' office is clean, functional and does not have an ounce of frivolous decor. As such, he is able to keep his prices reasonable and put attention to your health. Saved my family and PAINLESS! When my family got new insurance, we had to change dentists. We were very disappointed in the choices, the first dentist we chose, was not good with the kids AT ALL. We wanted a dentist the whole family could go to. The second dentist we tried, could not give us an appointment for over a week, and my husband had been in pain when he was away at a business seminar. Then we called Dr. Marks office. The office manager was was very sympathetic, and got my husband into the office the same day... His gums were very tender. They put some medicine under the gums to reduce the inflamation. He saw the hygienist the next week, and he had a special cleaning- No More Bleeding Painful gums- first time in years! I was told by one of the other dentists that my back molar tooth was to bad to fix, and set up an evaluation for the tooth- Dr. Marks somehow rebuilt the tooth, & put a beautiful crown on it, now I can chew on that side again- without pain- I'm so glad our insurance made us change dentists. THE GREATEST DENTIST!!! Dr. Marks is extremely thorough in evaluations and treatment, and he does not do unnecessary work. He has saved all of my teeth. Dr. Marks is very careful to do a quality, painless job. His work is perfect and professional. I am extremely pleased with my root canals and crowns - the crowns are all perfect and beautiful. In some large procedures, like my crowns and root canals, Dr. Marks does not take any short cuts, and may seem to take extra time. But I've learned that he is a perfectionist and the final results are always above my expectations. Every step must meet his satisfaction before he proceeds. I LOVE DR. MARKS. The staff is so caring and nice. They work with your insurance to make sure you're getting the most out of your coverage. I have never met a dental group that cares so much for their patients- and I'm relatively new to the scene. Dr. Marks gave me options on treatment and took time to ensure that I would be able to get the treatment I required at a very fair price. The desk staff reminds you to come in, sends you handy postcards and is just really warm and happy to see their patients. No attitude whatsoever! The dental hygenist gave me tips on flossing correctly without tearing your gums (sweep floss along the sides of teeth) and put me at ease while she did some scaling work. They took careful notes on my gumline and are just a joy to deal with. read more

Dr. Marks and his hygienist, Stephanie have been working on my teeth several months now, and I had an impacted wisdom tooth that he pulled; and it virtually eliminated my Bell's Palsy facial paralysis that I had had for almost 15 years !! The Bell's palsy was a 15 year torture, something I wouldn't wish upon anybody. Thank you doctor for getting rid of that for me. You got rid of my facial pain and I really appreciate that! He has also done some excellent work on creating a new front to a tooth for me, and repaired some other broken teeth. Dr Marks is a master of his craft! I broke my front tooth and every time I talked, there was an annoying whistle. Kim juggled the schedule and got me in to see Dr. Marks as soon as possible. He looked at the tooth and his skill and experience told him that he could fix the tooth without a time consuming and costly crown. He worked on it in one painless appointment. I had terrible pain in a tooth on a wednesday, and could not find any local dentists on call (I guess they all play golf). Luckily I called Dr. Marks's office and they got me in that afternoon. He even had called the next patient asking them to come in later so he could start a root canal to get rid of my pain (I apologized to that patient on my way out). I was pain free and able to sleep that night, and then he finished the root canal the next day. The crown constructed to protect the tooth is invisible and you can't even see it. I'm glad that my employer had this dentist office at the top of there list for dental offices. Shortly after inquiring an email on the practices site, I received a phone call to make an appointment. The appointment was within the week of the inquire. I had my teeth cleaned by the sweet hygienist and had my follow up with Dr. Jay about my fillings. Couldn't believe the care and extra lengths he went on to informing me about previous work done and potential options for the near future. Best Dental Decision..... I've been seeing Dr. Marks for over five years. I've referred several friends who see him now also, and I take my two kids there. i'm a 10 yr old and by the looks of this story a very immature one too! i chipped my two front teeth on the bottom of a pool. Dr.Marks was very kind and fixed and put in a filament to substitute the pieces i had lost he was absolutely great, he was very empathetic to the dingus that somehow managed to chip her teeth on the bottom of a pool. the experience was very smooth and easy really recommend to kids who are scared of dentists. i'm very happy that my parents know Dr.Marks he was great! read more

I was a bag of nerves waiting for my root canal surgery, however, the procedure was pretty much pain free for the most part, Dr Marks was very attentative, explained what was happening, and it seemed to work our very well.
