Not only did they get it working again, but they went far above and beyond my expectations. They thoroughly cleaned the system and even repaired the cracked screen at no additional charge. When I picked it up, my PSP looked and felt better than it had in years. It was clear they genuinely cared about the quality of their work and treated my system as if it were their own. The level of customer service and attention to detail was outstanding. If they had a tip option like many businesses do nowadays, I would have selected the highest amount without a second thought. Because of this experience, I fully intend to trust them with all of my gaming repair needs--both retro and modern systems. Finding knowledgeable technicians who are passionate about what they do is rare, and this shop has earned a customer for life. Highly recommended!

Screen never did stop flashing. If I had a medical condition to strobing lights I would had a seizure for sure. Long story short dropped it less than three feet while inside an otterbox box case on it, and the screen breaks, and although I have never had a screen break before, the screen has stopped working in the past and when someone has replaced a screen for me, they've thrown in a screen protector. Guess Jay didn't want to extend me that courtesy, He only made $200 in profit selling me Chinese garbage that never worked in the first place, and a used battery(Also, A RIP OFF) that barely had any life in it. I have to charge it up like three times a day, it will go through a whole battery 3 times a day now. With that said I Honestly liked Jay alot, But I didnt like the end result. Now im basically in the same shitty situation I was before, with an actual broken screen. BUYER BEWARE you wont be getting quality replacements for your hard earned money, You'll be getting the cheapest Chinese crap at very expensive prices. I gave him an oppurtunity to make it right and did not to take it, and wanted to charge me $120 dollars to replace the faulty screen he gave me in the first place, all to give me another Cheap POS Incell screen($5-$10 tops) meaning he's charging me $110 dollars for 10 mins of his time to change a screen.. THEIRS PLENTY OF OTHER PEOPLE OUT THEIR TO GET YOUR SCREEN REPLACED, I'd bet my bottom dollar. YOU CAN GET BETTER VALUE and BETTER SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE, tRUST IT CANT BE ANY WORSE!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I went in to Techy this afternoon as the back of my iphone was cracked due to an old and bad battery. I went in to Lamar who told me he could fix it no problem as well as replace the battery. While he was taking down my information, I received a phone call and Lamar heard the entire conversation and knew my phone was working just fine - there were no problems with the phone itself, just the cracked back. When I went to pick it up three hours later, it was NOT WORKING AT ALL. I asked Lamar for help several times and he told me he was too busy. I left the store and then went back in and demanded he look at it. He told me it was my carrier, I knew it was NOT the carrier as it was working just fine as I said. I ran quickly to Xfinity in the same plaza and at first they said it was not working because I had no Sim card, (Lamar removed the SIM card and did not put it back) so I ran back over and Lamar swore he did not touch the Sim card. I went back to xfinity and they were kind enough to give me a new SIM card but the phone would not work at all. They said they had never seen all the error messages, they called their top guy in to help me and he could not fix anything, he called HQ and said that TECHY definitely broke my phone and the only hope I have is the apple store. I went back to TECHY and again LAMAR would NOT look at my phone and told me I was crazy and he did not touch the card or do anything to my phone. Um, why is it now broken? I am now home at 8pm with no phone, no back up phone and will go to apple first thing in the morning. I am so upset, I should have gone to APPLE in the first place. DO NOT GO HERE - they are extremely incompetent and RUDE. I can not believe they get any good reviews. I just went in and re read the reviews and apparently I am not the only one whose phone they broke. Read the bad reviews before the good ones, I wish I had. I am giving one star so this goes through, but if I could i would give MINUS 1000.
