We hired Jay and Burk to renovate our kitchen, bathroom, and various other things throughout our condo. We had just purchased this condo and it was in need of updates. We wanted to gut the kitchen and bath, as well as add new doors and trim to match the original woodwork that was in the majority of the space.
We worked with Phil and Brian, who had many years of experience in woodwork and remodeling. They came up with many ingenious ways to increase the usability of the space and gave us ideas we would have never thought to do, such as a glass shelf niche in the shower. Phil and Brian where also very helpful in picking out materials and finishes for the work. At times, we would simply provide a picture of a look we liked and Phil and Brian would find various similar options at our price point!
The renovation itself was on time and on budget. Phil and Brian where also very professional throughout the whole project whether it be in person, on the phone or via email. They were always on time to the job site and any scheduled project planning meetings. The job site was always very clean and organized. We were concerned with protecting the existing hardwood floors since they were in excellent shape and did not require restoration. Phil and Brian covered all of the hardwood floors the first day before doing anything else and there was not a scratch on them when the project was complete.
