They did a good job trying to minimize the damage as much as possible. The damage that was made was promptly fixed. This is the third time we've had them come to the home. I'm writing a review for this particular service call since it was larger than the last service call (thermostat installs). BQ - if you see this - be prepared, I will call you for lighting updates on the outside of the house this time :)

When unexpected issues came up, they presented us with a range of options and didn't pressure us into having any additional work done. They also accommodated an additional small job that popped up unexpectedly. Estimates are done via computer software, so you can expect consistency in pricing - they're not just making up numbers as they go along. Overall, I found them professional, knowledgeable, and reliable and would use them again. I could not believe when my husband told me later on that was what was going down. My exact words were oh hell no. I got on with the company we use explained what happened and they said hold on. That's where Mike comes in. He immediately got off the Wantagh Pkwy and came to our home in Levittown. He made sure all the mains were off then showed us that we still had a live wire cooking away in there. Most likely nothing would have happened because we weren't going to mess with it but you never know. Plus we have old fashioned fixtures in our home so Mike updated us into the 21st Century with some nice looking 3way lighting fixture. He is a somewhat quiet but truly down to earth guy with a lot of patients and family values.
