When unexpected issues came up, they presented us with a range of options and didn't pressure us into having any additional work done. They also accommodated an additional small job that popped up unexpectedly. Estimates are done via computer software, so you can expect consistency in pricing - they're not just making up numbers as they go along. Overall, I found them professional, knowledgeable, and reliable and would use them again. Electrical work isn't cheap - especially on Long Island - but I think we made out OK given the quality of the work and the amount of time they spent on the job.

That's where Mike comes in. He immediately got off the Wantagh Pkwy and came to our home in Levittown. He made sure all the mains were off then showed us that we still had a live wire cooking away in there. Most likely nothing would have happened because we weren't going to mess with it but you never know. Plus we have old fashioned fixtures in our home so Mike updated us into the 21st Century with some nice looking 3way lighting fixture. He is a somewhat quiet but truly down to earth guy with a lot of patients and family values.
