She calmed our situation down gave us some Instruction and had her foreman " Dante" out to our home the next afternoon with a pump truck And tools. Within a few hrs. They fixed the clog and got most of the junk out of the trunk :) turned out our c-pool and solid waste box has not been pumped in a long while since we did not know where they were. Well after some searching with special metal detector and other cool gadgets they found the c-pool, they also advised us who to call to get copies of where items were placed on our home survey just to be sure. Well they were correct. After speaking to the Owner "Domenic" who was Extremely Knowledgable he advised us how to make this a bunch easier in the future to get our systems pumped to avoid this horror in the future. After agreeing on a price I was happy to see their quality of work at a Super Fair price. No hidden agenda just HONESTY. THANKYOU so Much for being fair and honest from beginning to end. They went over every detail from what trees had to be removed and how much space they need to get into my yard with the equipment. Communication was beyond excellent and there were no surprises when the day came to install the system. He suggested I use a blown in spray foam in my crawl space on the undercarriage of my home to ensure the best moisture barrier. He seemed trust worthy so I hired them to do the job. A few years later now I am selling my home. When the engineer was done inspecting my crawl space I was given devastating news. The crawl space is a mess due to the horrible workmanship I was given by Cary insulation. Joe was correct that spray foam is a great moisture barrier however, only when done correctly. There are many gaps where no foam was applied as well as the fact that at least 2-3 inches is required to be effective. The installer was here and gone so quickly so I questioned the fact that it was fully covered and done correctly. he assured me it was, however, no one else was on the job to check and Joe never followed up to make sure all was done right. The improper installation caused so many problems. As a result the buyer backed out. I called Joe asking him to come and inspect what was done. I asked that he at least cover the gaps and apply the balance of the foam needed to be effective. he assured me he would look at my work order and invoice and get back to me. Another false promise! Joe has ghosted me. He has not taken nor returned any of my calls. In desperation as need to resolve this in order to sell my home I have hit a wall trying to find someone willing to correct the job. The person that is finally willing wants an astronomical amount of money. This is not an honest or reputable company. I believe Joe correctly assumed that I, as a single woman would not be crawling under my house to inspect the quality of the job. They lie and then cheat. They put in a faucet which they told me was sigma which was actually a cheap knockoff. Stay away from this company. They are dishonest and incompetent.
