This Electrician is the worst! Do not use him…read more The1st tech Michael the owner sent addressed me as mommy. When I first heard him say it I thought I didn't hear him correctly so I asked him what did you call me, he did not respond but then later said it again so I corrected him by saying, please don't call me mommy, it's inappropriate. The 2nd time he called me mommy I told him he was being unprofessional the third time he called me mommy I said to him, do not f+++++ call me mommy I am not your f+++++ mommy. His response was I love women I never disrespect women, you are being difficult. The second tech came to fix the unleveled outlets and light switches. He did not have a level with him and insisted they were fine. I said where's your level? His boss, Michael, told him to go to the store to buy one! The tech was so angry that he scratched up several walls in a newly renovated apartment. I photographed the damages and sent via text to his boss which of course they denied it. There were no other workers in that apartment while electrical was being done so the scratch marks did not magically appear. The 3rd Tech showed up just in time to go to lunch! He was on the job site for 30 min and when he came back he kept leaving to go to his car for tools. Because I was being charged by the hr I asked him why so many trips, but got no answers from him. He started to work on moving the junction box for the towel warmer because it was too high. He wanted to open up an entire wall to move the junction box from 6 inches down. I said to him, "why do you want to open an entire wall when you're going down and not over?" He did not respond. Installing the junction box involved chiseling into a bearing wall- brick. He started chiseling away without having put anything protection down on my brand new expensive porcelain floor . "Are you freaking kidding me" so I asked him to stop so that I could cover it with construction paper. Which was the best I could do. I photographed the area and covered the floor. And as he chipped away the bricks I kept sweeping up after him. Again not my job! I watched him periodically drop his tools on my brand new floor! I asked him several times please don't drop your tools this is an expensive floor. The last time he dropped his tool I said he would be responsible for damages caused. The last time he left he spat up a lungi on my doormat in front of my apt door! I saw it when I needed to step out for a min and was so mad!!! I called him over and asked him what is this? He responded by saying it must've flown out when he blew his nose. "Lungi's don't fly out of the nose, splatter does." He came back inside and called his boss and said in front of me and my maintenance guy that " I was being rude" his boss Micheal said just leave. So he left leaving a huge mess on my floor and throughout which I then swept vacuumed and washed the floor to check for any damages left to the floor. 1 tile was badly scratched up which we never discussed. The boss Micheal was supposed to send someone else to finish which he never did. So I had my architect contact him. And Micheal said Monday at 9. Monday came and no one showed up so I called and texted he. He finally texted back and demanded more money. Money for work he did not due cause he lft. WOW! There is no amount of money that you can save or that you can spend that is worth putting up with people that disrespect you and or your property!
