This place has the best asada fries in Turlock. The serving size is perfect and so filling. You can easily share with someone else and be satisfied. I've tried their aguas frescas, limonadas cucumber, strawberry and mango. All of them so good and refreshing. Not sugary like other places. This place is a Must try!!! read more

This place is great!! Very clean too!! They are across the street from the ARCO station on Lander next to a used car lot. There is parking here and some shaded tables to eat. read more

There are a lot of taco trucks in Turlock but this is one of the best! We come at least once a week. They have all the classics you'd find at other trucks but they also have new and innovative items too. The hubby loves the California burrito which has meat, guac, pico de gallo, salsa and FRENCH FRIES. Fries in a burrito? Genius. Speaking of fries, I love their carne asada fries! I've had CAF many many times, mostly in socal, and couldn't find anything comparable in the area until now! They give you lots of meat too! The classic burritos and tacos are also great! Service and prices-- excellent. I definitely recommend Javis Tacos to everyone. Check out their daily specials too! read more

My son loved his quesdilla, but the hubs didnt care for their asada tacos. They were small and the flavor was so so. The food truck is super cute though. read more

Excellent taste and best tacos I've had in years. I just moved to Turlock and found my favorite taco truck

Best taco truck on the 99 So glad I Yelped "tacos near me"! Had 4.5 stars so I knew it'd be good.. but they really knocked or out of the park! Soooo good! Definitely a new pit stop read more

Meat wasn't Hot & tasted 2 days old if not more. I ordered Carne asada & chicken tacos got back to work disappointed. I ate 1 of the Carne Asada tacos and threw the other 5 tacos away read more

Food was great until today. I picked up my order and realized they don't use gloves to make food. The girl making the food was holding a chalupa with her bare hands and to top it off she had acrylic nails. We are also in the middle of a pandemic and two of the employees making food were not wearing face masks. I will no longer be coming to this location. They've lost me as a customer. read more

We went to Javi's tacos and the staff was rude , giving us attitude while ordering and rushing us. The food was cold and unenjoyable . To finish it off there was a hair at the bottom of the cup. read more

Always have had a good experience with Javis but TONIGHT made a call in at 5:00pm was told that they'd be ready in 30 mins. Got home checked the tacos and they were COLD I called and they said it'd take another 30 minutes to make me fresh ones. Ended up going in person and told them off and they made it in less than 5 minutes. Moral of the story sometimes you gotta be a Karen. You get what you want. Ordered a California burrito last night. I received it cold and still have a stomach ache the day after eating it. Staff was rude and charged me the credit price even though I paid with cash. I Will not be spending my money here anymore. read more

Jarvis Tacos is great! I just tried it yesterday. The food was so good, I had to come back for more. They have a great menu filled with items that no other Taco truck has on their menu. You got to try the California Burrito, Street dog, and Javis Fries.... They are the bomb!! They even got items that are not on the menu. I will be a returning customer that's for sure! read more

I had ordered my food yesterday with my bf and Once we our food it was not fresh or hot. We also asked for sauce on the side and there was no sauce at all. So we asked for extra sauce and they only gave us one. It was very disappointing. This never happened before . But this happening now just seemed like they were being stingy with their sauces. Not coming back. read more

Best tacos in Turlock. I don't get tacos anywhere else now that I've eaten Javis. They're so good they don't even need salsa. I love the way the carne asada is seasoned. read more

2 stars for getting the order right... but I won't be returning. Got 2 burritos 1- carne asada and beans only; 1- carne asada burrito supreme no tomato with green salsa. First off, the tortilla... Are the even cooked on a comal? I could tell you use a plancha on it but the rest of the HUGE tortilla was under cooked; and if you are going to serve such a huge tortilla at least fill it well because we ended up throwing half of that tortilla away. Secondly- the carne asada and beans didn't have any flavor. I don't know what all your fans rave about. Meat was bland and beans were maybe warmed up for tooooo long? Needs work. If you're looking for good taco truck food, go hit up the paisanos on East Ave first truck as you enter. Variety of meats, food always on point and oh so delicious. read more

Got the burrito supreme mostly all rice and little meat. Sauce was nothing special barley any sour cream or onion and cilantro. Asked for extra lemon got charged and and one lemon piece . Mango lemonade was good. Over all won't be back read more

Tacos are good. Probably some of the best in town. This place seems to always be busy which says something about a business

The Yelp reviews are all correct. This place is fantastic. I had the super burrito pastor and it had so much flavor! Easily probably The Best burrito I have ever had. They also cook the tortilla after making it so the outside is just the right crunchiness. Lots of flavorful deliciousness and very reasonably priced! I'm thinking about ordering one to go. read more

This taco truck is hands down the best taco truck I have ever been too. I know that doesn't say a lot but i travel for work a lot. I mean a lot. I work in the produce industry so I used to spend half my time in Yuma, AZ which is on the border of Mexico but this taco truck has better food than those places. Everything is so amazing. I'm drooling thinking of it. The burritos and fries are mouth watering. I even have a ritual to open the fries and start eating them in the car before getting home because I just can't wait. Anyways, you can't go wrong here. Javis tacos are more than 5 stars worthy. read more

Food taste great, BUT For over three times that I've called my order they put me on wait for even 10 minutes long and I've had to hang up because I assume they forget about me, and also the waiting time for your order in person is forever! read more

My First time here & I found my new taco spot! The food was so good I didn't even get to take a picture of it Lol. I ordered a Carne asada torta with a Horchata to drink, it was so delicious!! The torta was packed with flavors & I haven't had horchata in a while but the one here at Javi's Tacos is perfect!! The service was great & quick. I will definitely be returning again! read more

Food was amazing but I was not pleased by the service I got when a woman answered the phone. She had a rude demeanor. It seemed like she was trying to hurry me and didn't want to answer my question about a food item. When I picked up the food she was very serious and looked like she hated her job. Really disappointing. read more

Best taco truck in Turlock! This is my go to taco truck! There california burritos and buffalo fries are a must try. The employees are always nice and friendly unlike other taco where they are short with you and rude. They always have different aguas frescas depending on the day. Taco Tuesday every Tuesday (and they load their tacos up!) and sometimes they have tamales! It's definitely worth it to follow them on instagram and Facebook so you know when they have specials outside their regular menu items. My husband and i have become regulars ever since discovering this hidden gem. They get pretty busg so we always make sure to call our order in and they are very accommodating to any modifications to the food. Try this taco truck you won't be disappointed! read more

We all claim to know of the best taco truck in town but let's all be real with each other: Javi's Taco Truck is where it's at when it comes to the goods. A burrito with French fries in it? Boom. Sometimes you feel like a little something else? Bacon wrapped hot dog and fries. Boom. Refreshing drinks and deliciousness all around, it's my go-to every single time. If you've been debating on trying it, I say go. It's going to be worth it! read more

Last night I had my boyfriend go get us food from here and it was BOMB! I got a super burrito with no beans. It was super spicy but that's the way I like it! Next I want to try the asada fries! Update: We had gotten another burrito the night after! Tonight I was craving nachos and there was a picture on yelp that looked realllllllyy goood. My boyfriend went to get them and they don't sell them. Same with the fries. Super bummed. So dealt with getting another burrito. read more

Atmosphere: In a weird corner, but food trucks usually are anyways. Truck is kept well. I like that it is because it makes me feel a bit more safe eating from a clean truck. Customer service: Awesome! Gave her my big order and she got everyone of them correct. They all came out without any mistakes/missing food. They did miss the napkins and forks though, which sucked because I forgot to ask as well, so I was stuck with eating with my hands. Food: Delicious! Portion and pricing is good as well. Overall: It was good. I will definitely give it another try! read more

Food is not bad at all but the call in/takeout service is trash everytime you call in you're given a rough estimation of when they believe the food will be ready but it's completely pointless because no matter if you're on time or 20 mins late they don't start making your food until you physically get there. read more
