I had ordered my food yesterday with my bf and Once we our food it was not fresh or hot. We also asked for sauce on the side and there was no sauce at all. Food was great until today. I picked up my order and realized they don't use gloves to make food. The girl making the food was holding a chalupa with her bare hands and to top it off she had acrylic nails. We are also in the middle of a pandemic and two of the employees making food were not wearing face masks. I will no longer be coming to this location. They've lost me as a customer. read more

Always have had a good experience with Javis but TONIGHT made a call in at 5:00pm was told that they'd be ready in 30 mins. Got home checked the tacos and they were COLD I called and they said it'd take another 30 minutes to make me fresh ones. Ended up going in person and told them off and they made it in less than 5 minutes. Moral of the story sometimes you gotta be a Karen. You get what you want. Jarvis Tacos is great! I just tried it yesterday. The food was so good, I had to come back for more. They have a great menu filled with items that no other Taco truck has on their menu. 2 stars for getting the order right... but I won't be returning. Got 2 burritos 1- carne asada and beans only; 1- carne asada burrito supreme no tomato with green salsa. First off, the tortilla... Are the even cooked on a comal? I could tell you use a plancha on it but the rest of the HUGE tortilla was under cooked; and if you are going to serve such a huge tortilla at least fill it well because we ended up throwing half of that tortilla away. Secondly- the carne asada and beans didn't have any flavor. I don't know what all your fans rave about. Meat was bland and beans were maybe warmed up for tooooo long? Needs work. This taco truck is hands down the best taco truck I have ever been too. I know that doesn't say a lot but i travel for work a lot. I mean a lot. I work in the produce industry so I used to spend half my time in Yuma, AZ which is on the border of Mexico but this taco truck has better food than those places. Everything is so amazing. I'm drooling thinking of it. The burritos and fries are mouth watering. I even have a ritual to open the fries and start eating them in the car before getting home because I just can't wait. Best taco truck in Turlock! This is my go to taco truck! There california burritos and buffalo fries are a must try. The employees are always nice and friendly unlike other taco where they are short with you and rude. They always have different aguas frescas depending on the day. Taco Tuesday every Tuesday (and they load their tacos up!) and sometimes they have tamales! It's definitely worth it to follow them on instagram and Facebook so you know when they have specials outside their regular menu items. My husband and i have become regulars ever since discovering this hidden gem. Last night I had my boyfriend go get us food from here and it was BOMB! I got a super burrito with no beans. It was super spicy but that's the way I like it! Next I want to try the asada fries! Atmosphere: In a weird corner, but food trucks usually are anyways. Truck is kept well. I like that it is because it makes me feel a bit more safe eating from a clean truck. Customer service: Awesome! Gave her my big order and she got everyone of them correct. They all came out without any mistakes/missing food. They did miss the napkins and forks though, which sucked because I forgot to ask as well, so I was stuck with eating with my hands. Food: Delicious! Portion and pricing is good as well. Had seen the great reviews of this place and decided to get a bunch of food for a surprise graduatuon party . Javi and his crew were willing to work with me and gave me some good suggestions. The food was excellent and enjoyed by all. They have a couple of time management and prep issues but I really can't blame them since they really aren't set up for catering and this was a big order .
