Oh- the receptionists are soooooo sweet and helpful and truly do their best to get your child a timely appointment. The practice also has an emergency line and you can talk to a doctor after business hours. Oh and the entire office is super clean (and has been prior to covid). They are children and it is so uncomfortable to listen to. Dr. Torres-Soto is a new doctor at the practice and someone needs to coach this staff before they hurt someone.
