Also, there are significant potholes in the parking lot that can be problematic for smaller cars like mine - suspension repairs aren't that cheap since I know what needs to be done but can't do it myself. And I imagine the significant potholes and rough spots could be problematic also for another vehicle that might think they need to go around in a circle versus being able to go straight out wherever those trucks just went to get out on the other side.
