CAPTAIN CRUNCH ENCRUSTED FRENCH TOAST
Monique W.

I do have to say that this place has some good food. The French toast is ridiculous!!! Get one piece not two. It is ginormous. So, the layout of this place isn't the best. It gets super busy and it gets busy fast. There isn't seating inside so you can wait. They do not take your number to notify you. So if you are waiting outside because the inside is full, you might be SOL. The hostess was a teenager or a woman in her early 20s. She seemed as if we were bothering her even though we were super polite. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. I didn't get her name, but she was absolutely amazing. I did notice that a lot of the waitresses really cared about the people at their tables, which is refreshing to see.

We found a small piece of wire in the food. My wife was chewing and felt something hard so she spit it out and it was a small thin wire. She could have swallowed it and it would have been a very serious issue. We brought it up to our waiter who was very apologetic and took the plate to show his manager, but the manager never came over to talk to us. We were a bit turned off from eating more after that and probably won't be back. Before that happened the service was great and the food was incredible, the restaurant was really cute. Huge bummer. Gave 2 stars because we had a great experience before then but that was a major food safety issue.

The service was pretty good. The inside is dark. We were sitting in a closed patio area. It was freezing cold in there. We thought it was just us, but another group had complained to the waitress that it was cold as well and to turn the heat up. The waitress stated she was unable to do that. The food was only ok for me. If you love to eat food that is soaked in bacon grease, this is the breakfast joint for you. I can't have milk or dairy due to anaphylaxis allergies. I ordered bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns. That was the greasiest breakfast I have ever had. I read other reviews stating it was a lot of food. I left hungry. My wife got the salmon eggs Benedict and enjoyed that. The red cabbage that came with hers was sautéed in bacon grease. She wasn't a fan of that. You may enjoy this location if you enjoy a more decadent breakfast. For me it's a pass.

They offer a discount with a picture of the Shoshone Falls or your park reciept. The food is amazing

Found this spot on Yelp. Yay! And it was awesome. For sure a local hangout. Service was excellent. And the coffee was delicious. The menu offers so many breakfast options. The food was tasty and so so good. Enjoy.

Abracadabra's is located along the main strip through town in Twin Falls, ID. The place is quirky (think mad hatter vibes) and feels exactly like it is- a small privately owned diner. I was excited to see they offered fresh squeezed orange juice (so yummy) and we ordered the chicken and waffles, and steak and eggs. My husband also ordered a side of biscuits and gravy. All of the food was cooked well, and made fresh. We appreciated the home cooked vibe and had no complaints about the food. Next time we're in Twin falls we will be back here for Some hearty breakfast food!

This is a very homey breakfast place. The servers were very friendly and nice. The portion was Huge!! I mean you can actually feed 3 people with one full order of biscuits and gravy. The food was very filling and delicious. I'd say the decor is a bit dated and there were a lot of food flies when we were there and that's the reason for dropping the stars.

Looks like it was an additional 13.7% charged to me. What was that fee for? Just quietly added to my bill with no explanation. I bought one sandwich, which included a small dish of diced sweet potatoes , had a glass of water, and left a tip. One sandwich and a glass of water cost me over $20!! I won't be eating there again.

Their coffee selection was great and their in house hot teas were so good smell and taste I got the same one. Their crepes are delicious, they have sweet and savory so you can pick and many different varieties. Their bagels are to die for they make them in house along with their other items, bread and other stuff in their menu. Such a cool spot to hang and have your coffee or have a sit down meal. Love how they break the place into two area. They even have an upper deck for those who wanna work or read a book and be away for a bit. They have a few items as far as merch to buy and all coffee beans and other fun stuff. This place is def one to visit if you are in town. The two times we came here it was very lively and you can tell it's a towns favorite. We absolutely loved it and Jennifer made our visit here enjoyable she even filled up our swells with water for our hike. She's the best!
