To be honest this spot came through so many times after a night of too many drinks and needing something to come back to life. Their tacos de burrito are so good and the tortilla is kind of fried, sirven bien doraditos los tacos, so they don't fall apart when you dip them in the consomé (broth). What I used to do was get a few tacos and a larger order of consomé and then use that broth to make ramen with and omg, so good! lol it was the gift that kept on giving. Can't wait to go back. They usually have tables as well so you're able to enjoy your meal while it's hot and go on your way.

How did I come across this food truck?…read more Well a quick yelp search did it but I forgot to filter my reviews to "most recent" and regret it because I can relate to the last two reviews posted and experienced similarities. I ordered two tacos de asada, the meat was dry and cut up in thick chunks, not well seasoned. The table did not have many toppings or salsa variations. Only one salsa bottle. Tacos had cilantro, onions and little limes. They were wrapped up in foil; very plain presentation. 2/5 I also order chips and salsa; these were the life savers I enjoyed them. They were served in a small box topped with onions, cilantro, pico de gallo, and this dressing that enhanced the chips. 4.5/5 And a can of coke for a total of $14.00 As a last minute resort it was decent.

I'm not sure if they have a usual spot but I found them on Sherman Way in front of the Jon's. They also have a decent amount of seating if you wanted to eat there, but we ordered for takeout. We got a variety of items on the menu to try: birria quesadilla, tacos, mulita, and sopes. They make their tortillas and sopes from scratch which you can definitely taste. They were probably the best sopes I've ever had - it was crispy but still soft, and not at all soggy like some places. The birria was super flavorful and the consommé was not too heavy. The mulita was good but a bit too greasy for my taste. Overall, I'm definitely coming back to try their other items and whenever I have a taco craving!
