I saw this place in a video, and I knew I had to give it a try. It was so hard deciding between…read morematcha and vietnamese coffee because I love both, but I had to try one of their hottest items. I'm so glad I tried the Creme Brûlée Vietnamese iced coffee because it was insanely delicious. You get: 1. Vietnamese iced coffee 2. Crème Brûlée topping with a rich sweet foam underneath that has a decadent flavor 3. Custard at the bottom, which was thick and creamy and reminiscent of flan One thing I will say about the drink, it is insanely sweet. I have a sweet tooth so I loved it, but if you're looking for a caffeine pick-me-up and not what is practically a dessert, I would go for another option. If you want a sweet treat, give it a try! I promise it won't disappoint! My bf also got the chocobanana smoothie, which he describes as "chocodelicious" and "banantastic". The flavors are pretty straightforward on that one! I hope to go back and try one of their other options soon, like the Vietnamese Egg Coffee or one of their matcha drinks. Another thing they have is these cute jelly toppers, shaped like little animals and labubus. Super cute if you're looking for something aesthetically pleasing and insta-worthy. Finally, they have a cute wall covered in drawings done on post-its that they provide in their store. If you're an artist or just love to draw, this is a cute way to express some creativity and get some eyes on your art. I saw some really funny drawings and some really impressive ones! I always love when businesses provide little activities like this to do, and it was truly the icing on the cake that was their great menu! Happy tasting!

The first drink that was supposed to be ready on the counter when I arrived was not there. To make matters worse, the drink I eventually received was incorrect--it was a Vietnamese Salt Cream Coffee instead of the drink I had ordered. I immediately informed the girl at the counter about the mistake, as my family was having dinner next door. However, she insisted that the drink was correct. When I explained that it tasted like salt cream coffee, she turned around and told her male co-worker, who then remade the drink for me. The three-star rating is solely because of the male co-worker's effort to correct the issue. Unfortunately, the female employee's attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.

Parking was easy to find, they have a lot and there are several surrounding free parking lots. The cafe inside was clean and well designed with several tables - by the time we got out drinks, a table had cleared up and we sat down. We ordered the matcha einspanner and the hojicha einspanner. The matcha was high quality, very rich and strong. The cream added a nice sweetness, but it wasn't overall sweet or bitter either. I love hojicha and always recommend it as an alternative to matcha or coffee at cafes. The hojicha here was chocolatey and smooth, absolutely amazing! Very well balanced and well made drinks - and they are absolutely photogenic as well ;) Highly recommend!

Parking: This coffee shop is right off Reseda next to CSUN so it's a busy street with lots of cars…read moreand people walking. They have a small and limited parking lot behind the coffee shop as well as some street parking open on Reseda and Dearborn. There's a Trader Joe's and Chili's across the street with more parking as well and I have parked behind Dave's Hot Chicken and the Habit and there is always space there. Ambiance: This coffee shop is quaint and feels a little cramped when you finally get inside and through the line. There is a counter top with some chairs as well as one couch and desk where one can study although, I personally never would. It's clean and bright with a minimalistic vibe inside. With it being cramped, you basically just get in, order, and get out. It's rare to find seating inside and it can feel overwhelming just sitting there trying to enjoy your drink with so many people around. Drinks: We've been there multiple times and you can always expect the same- mid, slightly overpriced, oh- getting some post purchase clarity. But it's the type of slightly regretful decision we continue to make every time. We've gotten the matcha einspanner on several occasions, vanilla iced latte, caramel latte, and the most disgusting Americano known to man. Whether you get the dark or light roast Americano, you will not run away from the burnt and bitter flavor. Service: The line moves quickly, they take your order and get you in and out without a long wait. They also offer stamp cards, buy 10 get the 11th free. What a steal! Gimme 10 more! Overall: All this to say, it's oddly grown to be a valley staple, and represents some bordering LA values- overpriced, overhyped, but for some reason addicting in the fact you always seem to go back. I would say 3.5 but it doesn't allow it, so I'm feeling generous today.

All the details from the mugs to plates to silverware sing with beauty. The staff was friendly. Helpful with our questions and always acknowledged when we said thank you. Regularly cleaning tables and keeping busy. Food came out fast. We ordered Armenian coffee, salmon avocado toast, cheese bread and eggs Benedict on a waffle. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. The only thing I didn't love was the waffle dish. I found the savory food on top of the waffle to be kind of odd. We ended up shoving it all off and asking for syrup. So in that case, I would have ordered pancakes instead. It's definitely in the pricier side for breakfast a coffee but it's worth the experience - at least once.

I visited with my sister and law and my son, and they had no problem accommodating my son's stroller, but it might have been more difficult on a busy weekend vs the weekday of our visit. My sister and law and I split the Blueberry Pancakes with ricotta and house-made jam, and the Egg Cheese Bread. We both tried the the Pistachio Cloud Latte, and the Strawberry Cloud Tea. Everything was fantastic, but I particularly liked the coffee - the Strawberry Cloud tea I could have done without as it was a little too sweet. The Egg Cheese bread was as delicious as I hoped it would be, and the pancakes were not overly sweet, but still decadently divine! The Pistachio Cloud Latte was iced with a sweet cream cloud on top, and bitter and mildly sweet espresso and milk below the surface. We did not experience any issues with service during our visit referenced in other reviews. We will be visiting again to try the other items on the menu!
