I love that this shop is located in the heart of Downtown Gallup. Gallup Coffee Company is surrounded by mural, art galleries and a movie theatre. There is plenty of free parking on the side of the road. Gallup Coffee Company roasts their own beans. You can buy their bags of their coffee beans at the café and online. In addition to their coffee menu, they sell bagels, muffins and pastries. The shop itself is actually very spacious with a few spaces to hang out in. They have some comfy couches out in the front of the shop and enjoy people watching through the windows. Service has always been great for us here. We usually get the same barista and he has always been awesome. We are basic latte and cappuccino type of people. We love the coffee drinks and community here and will always make a stop here if we are in the area.

I really love the 'You Are Here' mug collection. I love the designs. I love collecting them. I love thinking about my trip whenever I drink coffee from my mug. And trust me, I don't like random crap. I'm in the process of Marie Kondo-ing my entire house. All this stuff has got to go! Everything except my beloved Starbucks mug collection. So...I see this Starbucks and yell across the car to my husband who has now driven almost 1000 miles over a day and a half..."STARBUCKS! IN THE SAFEWAY!". And, I'm sure at this point, he's questioning things...like...the marriage. But, anyways, we park and walk in, in search of the New Mexico mug. And, let me tell you, not only do they have the New Mexico mug...they had Arizona and Colorado too! They didn't have the Utah one, which was too bad. Would have been five stars for sure if that Utah one had been there. But man, what a find.

Literally the fastest Starbucks I've ever been to!!! Friendly staff and a great lobby too.read more

They were out of apple, so we got cherry. Then we decided to get the #1 breakfast burrito. We wanted to buy the tortillas they make there but they were out. The burrito was so good, we ordered another one. Then the cherry fritter. I personally don't like them, my husband does, but this one was delicious. The two ladies working were so nice and told us how Glenn's started and the story. Which I loved. I'm sad they are so far away. There isn't a place that makes those burritos here in Vegas. I hope we'll make it back someday!! In the meantime, let's talk about FedExing tortillas and fritters. Please!
