I always want to love local but usually just leave disappointed with the flavor or balance of coffee/milk/syrup ratio. Kantola has it down! Robust depth of coffee flavor mixed with delicious house made syrups. Will absolutely be coming back! I got the house made vanilla shaken espresso topped with house made maple sweet foam and a pear muffin, they were both fantastic. Muffin was incredibly moist 10/10! Pro tip: ask which syrups are made in house (there are several!) and about the seasonal ones too, since they aren't always on the menu. I also got an iced chai latte on the way out because I saw that was also house made and wanted to try it. Not surprisingly, that was also fantastic. Great flavor, you won't regret it. One heads up: the shop signage isn't well visible from the street, so it's easy to drive right past. Keep an eye out so you don't miss it! I'll absolutely be back. I loved the ample seating and plentiful outlets for getting work done - Nate and I hung out for a couple of hours working and the wifi was free and fast.
