My theory was right; I bought new tires elsewhere for my daughter van and for my granddaughter and just have not had any issue like from this place. Then I bought my car, and that same very day, it began making a grinding noise that I had not heard the many times I started the car at the dealership. It was the oil tensioners, so really, I understood for that make and model of the vehicle, that was a common noise. However, when I was driving back there, I had noticed my windows did not work. I told them this, obviously angry, and all the salesman said was "I guess I looked over it in the paperwork" They were not busy that day. I was the only customer. I asked him to fix it and he straightforward said he couldn't. He had driven the car with me, he had went over the two things they repaired, he even stated that the CD player didn't work. These guys are cheap and will fix the car just well enough for the customers to think they're getting a better car than what they're actually purchasing. Don't come here unless you're looking for rude customer service and stolen money for jank cars.
